We are perfectly located in the heart of Kihei, just steps from a very quiet and private beach. KGE is described as one of Kihei’s best kept secrets. You are a five minute walk from the Times Super Market, farmer’s market, and Azeka’s Market, with its many shops and restaurants. The best restaurants in Kihei are within a short walk.
Our piece of paradise is ideally located. Our breathtaking, ground floor, garden view condo has been beautifully renovated and decorated with beautiful Tommy Bahama furniture in a tasteful tropical theme. Our high standards and expectations from our previous vacations have influenced the experience we have created for you. We understand that vacations are precious and we want to ensure that your break from your busy lives is as enjoyable as possible.
We tried to think of everything you would need to enjoy your vacation. Right down to the wine glasses, goblets, blender, beach mats, boogie boards, coolers, and even beach toys if you brought the kids.

Our Reservation Process:
A $200 USD deposit is due within 10 days of the date of your Invoice to confirm your reservation. The balance of your Invoice is due within 30 Days prior to your Check-In.
You will be required to provide the following information:

• Confirm the number in your party
• Your arrival & Departure details
• Is a late check-out required? *Late checkout fee is $50
• Will you require the rental of any baby items? We can provide those too!
When your mailing address is received an extensive Booking Package will be mailed to you. It will include:

We were thrilled when our Realtor referred us to a listing in Kihei Garden Estates. It was the perfect location and the grounds were spectacular. Only steps to the beach and pool we knew it had to be ours. Since purchasing the unit in 2008 we have completely renovated and redecorated the unit. With ceramic tile throughout, Travertine walk in shower with granite counter tops in the bathroom, as well as granite counter tops in the kitchen.Beautiful sliding bamboo blinds on the lanai doors, Front loading Washer & Dryer for your convenience.
We enjoy travelling to Maui twice a year. We spend a portion of each visit perfecting our unit to ensure it is to our highest standards. This is our home away from home and it is important that our guests feel the same way.

We have stayed at D-104 in Kihei Garden Estates twice now, and loved it both times. The location is great, the suite is cozy and well-equipped as well as being attractive and modern, the grounds are impeccable, and the pool and other facilities are excellent. To be so close to the beach at sunset every evening is truly a highlight of any trip to maui. We wouls recommend it to anyone! - Dan Burt
The location of the condo is great, close to shopping and dining and the beach. The condo is very comfortable with 2 bedrooms and nice dining area. The condo is 10 minutes from Kamaole 1, 2, 3. Condo is clean and contains everything you need for your vacation. The complex has a number of rental units which means you will meet many others also on vacation which is nice. The unit is ground level which is really nice and convenient. The interior grounds are very well maintained and clean.

Overall the condo location and facilitites were great. Lots of dining and shopping options within walking distance and just steps away from a great beach and community pool. Perfect for a familty getaway.
My husband and I stayed here for 11 nights recently. This is actually our third stay here. The location is central to all the beaches we like to explore, and the condo is comfortable and contains everything you need. It is a very quiet property, which is how we like it. The condo and property is very clean and well-maintained. The owners Trevor and Daynna are very easy to work. Our absolutely favorite place to eat is Coconuts Fish Tacos...very close by. We would definitely stay here again.
You will find this area very nice, quiet, safe and close to everything including a beach you can watch the sunrise and sunset, which we did every single day !!! Everything you need, is there, for me, it was the perfect place...and yes...you will fall in love with Maui...I sure did !!!
My husband and I travelled to Maui and stayed at this lovely condo with our 7 month old son. The condo couldn't have been any more perfect for us and was spotless when we arrived. We loved having our breakfast outside on the lanai while our son watched the birds and geckos run around. The pool and hot tub were perfect and the beach was amazing. The beach is right across the street and the condo is fully equipped with everything you need for fun at the beach, including the sand toys for our son! The owners have thought of everything and we tried many of their recommendations for food and sightseeing that were provided in our welcome book and were able to answer all our questions before and during our stay. Highly recommend the fish tacos at Coconuts, the pizza at Fabianos, as well as macadamia nut pancakes at Stella Blues. All 3 minute walk from the condo. Also a grocery store right behind the complex that was very handy to have! Lovely complex and condo and we would love to stay here again soon!
Our Maui vacation at Trevor and Daynna's could have not been better. The location was perfect with restaurants and grocery shopping a short walk away. The pool and gardens were well maintained and a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the fantastic weather! The condo had everything you would ever need. We loved loading up our jeep with all the beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards and venturing off to explore new beaches every day. The condo was well equipped with all the kitchen gadgets and dishes we needed. The master bedroom bed was just so comfortable we had no aches and pains in the morning, what a treat! Would highly recommend and hope to return soon!
