Casa Playa Maya is a wonderful Beachfront Villa located about halfway between Tulum and Akumal, Mexico on the Riviera Maya. It is just 90 minutes south of Cancun. Located on tranquil Soliman Bay, it boasts a private setting directly on quiet Secure gated and guarded Soliman Bay. Yet it is not entirely isolated, as there are a number of neighboring houses along the beach AND A BEACH restaurant just down the beach.

Casa Playa Maya is full of sun and light. Large sliding-glass doors lead to a covered patio right on the beach. Sunlight streams in many large windows. Yet the traditional Mayan architectural structure blends in to this wonderful piece of Caribbean Mexico.

This vacation rental Main Villa is fitted with AIR CONDITIONING in the bedrooms. There is a full kitchen with appliances. We have two bedrooms each with King-Size beds, and a Loft with two twin beds that can join to make a king. Maximum occupancy is six guests but we have an inflatable Queen for extra kids on the floor. The each Casita (extra Charge) with queen, A/C, kitchen, Bath and new water Pressure system..WOW Hot showers with some Power!

Excellent snorkeling can be found right out front of the villa and dive facilities are very nearby if you want to take advantage of our great reefs and Cenotes. Our area is great for eco-tourists and Soliman Bay is noted for bird watching, especially in the large mangroves behind. Less than 10 minutes from shopping and dining. It is truly magical here! Ever feel like there is no need to do anything. Just returned from a week and Casa Playa Maya it it was great. Just did whatevere the mood moved us to do each day and loved every minute of it :)

"CASA PLAYA MAYA IS AUTHENTIC MAYAN BUILT & DECORATED,SO YOU REALLY FEEL THAT YOU'RE IN MEXICO. THE FRONT PORCH SITS RIGHT ON THE BEACH JUST FEET FROM BLUE WATER.
WE SAT IN THE EVENING WATCHING SPECTACULAR SUNSETS OVER THE BAY, TOOK OUT THE KAYAKS FOR AMAZING SNORKELING, & ENJOYED QUIET WALKS ON THE BEACH, OR RELAXING TIMES READING IN A HAMMOCK UNDER THE PAPALA.
WE COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER HOST THAN BILL. HE IS A HUMOROUS LOCAL WITH PRICELESS KNOWLEDGE OF THE AREA ATTRACTIONS & RESTAURANTS.

A Perfect Vacation

My wife and I just had a perfect vacation at CPM. CPM is immaculate and amply stocked, the beach receives TLC, the water sublime, the bay beautiful, sea breezes wafting ..... Soliman Bay is a special place, isolated by a mangrove swamp, one road in and out, it is in a pristine state and wonderful for snorkeling and kayaking. The marine life is healthy in the bay. The sunrises are spectacular and the stars are breathtaking. Within minutes of CPM there are restaurants, Mayan ruins, more beaches, Mayan villages, cenotes, shopping ..... This is a place to relax, breath deeply and enjoy life.... Take a chance and plan a visit to CPM. The owner is a first edition.
