New! New! This brand new multi-million dollar home was completed in February 2008. Enjoy the large private pool with patio area and grill. There are three balconies including an observation deck on the 4th floor with fantastic views! This unique home has many superb features including two master suites, a recreation room on the first floor, flat panel TV's w/ HBO, a computer station with wireless high speed internet, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, wet bar, and two laundry areas! 8 TV's - 5 are flat panel mounted HDTV and receive High Definition Channels & HBO, 6 DVD Players, Playstation 2 and lots of games, 2 VCR's and lots of movies, Ping Pong Table, Boombox's, 2 Sony receivers with surround sound in Family Room, All decks/pool have speakers, 2 refrigerators, 2 sets of washers and dryers. Kitchen Bar and Rec Room bar, Pool toys, and much more!!

Third Floor: The top floor has another full master bedroom (king size bed)with private bathroom, master sitting area has an upscale/comfortable sleeper sofa. There is a built-in bunk room with a full/twin bed..bedroom with 2 full and 2 twin beds, bedroom with 1 Queen size bed, and another bonus room that also has room to sleep 2. There is an additional full bathroom on this floor as well as a second laundry room. Fourth Floor Observation Deck: Only one in Crystal Beach. Enjoy amazing view
