Noe Valley Apartment Rental Photos and Description
2 bedrooms, i bath (sleeps four)
On the ground floor of a renovated 1890's Victorian, the apartment is well-appointed and maintained. Hardwood floors, stone counters, excellent lighting, and a compact but well-functioning kitchen. DVD/CD player and wall-mounted flat screen television. Free WiFi & nationwide phone calling! Noe Valley is a highly regarded neighborhood - known for sunny weather, walkable streets, beautiful Victorian houses, and a variety of excellent restaurants, bakeries, and shops. One could happily spend time just exploring the neighborhood, or just as easily hop onto a street car and head downtown to museums, concert halls, live theaters or cabaret.
For quick farther jaunts to the East Bay or the Wine Country, freeway access to both 101 and 280 are both less than a mile away. In addition, the SFO airport takes only 15 minutes by car or a taxi ride for about $40.
So whether visiting family or friends, Duncan House is a comfortable and serene 'pied-a-terre'. See our website at the link below

About Ed Eng
My apartment is upstairs from the rental - and so i'm always eager to greet my guests and share insights on what's new in the City and what not to miss in the neighborhood.
Ed Eng purchased this apartment in 1987
Why Ed Eng chose Noe Valley
For me, food is important - and Noe Valley has outstanding farmer's markets, ethnic grocery stores, and bakeries. Happily Noe Valley has lots of street life and great restaurants.
What makes this apartment unique
A beautiful historic building on a quiet block, we've updated all the systems for modern living. An added bonus is our sunny outdoor rear yard which was featured on the Noe Valley Garden Tour.
Guestbook comments from the owner
Thanks Ed for providing such a perfect place to await the birth of our first
grandchild Ava! Being just 2 blocks from our son's home gave us great
flexibility - and also allowed us to enjoy the Beijing Olympics on TV? Thanks
also for the Internet trouble-shooting. So happy to have discovered Duncan
House - will be back : )
