An excellent vacation home for two or more families, or rent all three for large family reunions. Enjoy your vacation on the water's edge of beautiful Lake Hamilton. The home is one of three vacation homes located at Chesapeake Cove, just 1 mile from Central Ave. and the mall. Luxury surrounds you in the home that features a main level gourmet kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, a downdraft cook-top and granite counter-tops. The main level features one bedroom with a walk-in closet and full bathroom. The living area opens to a covered deck with a great view of the landscaped yard and wood deck on the water's edge along with a boat slip. Upstairs has two bedrooms with a bathroom containing a whirlpool tub, walk-in shower and a double granite vanity. Downstairs features two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and den with doors open to another covered deck with a walk to the lake. The tastefully furnished, immaculate 5 bedroom house was perfect for this three generation family of 4 couples and 2 teens. The space and flow is excellent with opportunity for gathering and privacy at the same time (two had to study) . The kitchen is well stocked and Jeff is an attentive host, making sure you have everything you need. Trips to the Arlington Hotel provided spa treatments and great food and the Holiday light display at Garvan Woodland Gardens was outstanding. I can’t wait to go again.

Arkansas Derby Weekend

3 couples came for the Arkansas Derby racing weekend and Jeff was nice enough to put us in this beautiful home.The location could not be better and it was a wonderful home. We had a great time, we won, (he told us it was a lucky house), and the home itself was fantastic! Clean, comfy and everything that you could want. A great home for 5 couples to get away and relax.

Perfect house for couples or families

The house is perfect for families or couples. The house is 3 stories which is great because everyone can spread out and have their own space if they want to. There are 2 living areas also. We had 5 couples from Dallas that all brought Harley's to cruise the Arkansas country side. We hope to be able to come back with our boats this summer and explore Lake Hamilton. Jeff was very easy to work with and quickily responded to all questions. We would all stay here again!!

A family reunion life-saver

Ove the long new year weekend we were scheduled to meet friends and family for an annual reunion at a Hot Springs area state park. Unfortunately, a winter storm closed the park 24 hours before our arrival. Just when we were about to give up on the reunion we found this and an adjacent property just outside of Hot Springs. Jeff, the owner was incredibly pleasant and helpful to deal with and, on less than 24 hours notice he had the two properties ready for us. He met us on arrival, showed us through the two homes and made sure we were settled in. The homes themselves were lovely and were more than ample for the 14 of us. We cooked several group meals in the two large kitchens and they were a pleasure to use. There were also supermarkets, movie theaters, restaurants and other services nearby - by not too nearby - and downtown Hot Springs was only a 10 minute ride away. Jeff was available to us during our stay and he was prompt with the return of our security deposit. We would definitely return.

Great summer rental

This set up provided for a great retreat with each family having it's own floor, Grandma on the main floor, and our boat parked outside. Everything in the house worked great, looked great, and is well taken care of. Security deposit was returned in 48 hours - outstanding.
