Available during July 4th!!! Beautiful, 3 BR, 2.5 BA, spacious, clean, bright, airy two-story townhome. Located in the heart of the village. 1800 sq. ft. Friendly quiet neighborhood. Perfect for your family vacation. Only 4 blocks from the beach. Short walking distance to the library, shopping, The Hotel Del and parks. Perfect location for anytime of the year, especially in the summer. Only a 5 minute walk to Sprekles Park where you will enjoy Sundays Concert in the Park.

The townhome has both front and side patios. Covered carport for parking.

Three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are with queen size beds the other a full size. Master bedroom has a newly remodeled bathroom/double sink vanity. Beautiful natural stone tile around the walk-in shower. Also from the Master BD, a seating area/ balcony that over looks beautiful Coronado. Very comfortable sitting during the warm summer evenings.

Kitchen is also newly remodeled with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. 3 barstools for extra seating. Dining table can pull out to seat six.
