Fabulous beach front home in small gated community within walking distance of Kailua-Kona on the Big Island. This home has three lanais overlooking a white sand beach with pristine lagoon for swimming without the surf. You won't find any other location on the big island that has beach access directly in front of your home. The house is 3,070 sq-ft of custom luxury with 5 star appliances, swimming pool, and a second floor bedroom with its own lanai and huge bathroom with jetted tub. The interior of the house has travertine tile with tropical mosaic inlays and exotic wood trims. You can sit on the lanais and watch the sports fishing boats, humpback whales and dolphins. This beach is semi private because of the limited public access and perfect for children.
