From Planet Hollywood, Nascar, Broadway at the Beach with multiple piano bars to Hard Rock Cafe, hundreds of restaurants and golf courses, casino cruises, theater and shopping, you could be busy for weeks! Seap 301 is furnished and supplied for comfort and relaxation.and close enough to all the action the Grand Strand has to offer when going 'out ' is on your agenda. If the weather is not cooperative, there is an indoor pool to keep the fun going and the kids happy. ( Winter renters also appreciate this option that few facilities have.) Seap 301 has a large balcony where children can play and you can still enjoy the outdoors if the weather is 'iffy'. Dining is a real pleasure while listening to the ocean. Gas prices are low and a home rental on the beach allows you a great family vacation. Cherry Grove's beaches are fabulous and you can eat-in to save those dollars without the crowding and cost of a hotel.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Terms of booking and payment--
  • Once the intent to reserve vacation time has been established through e-mail or the phone, the following is required:
    A deposit of 50% of the entire amount (weekly rental +12% taxes ) i s due within 1 week of intent. A check is great. I also take V/MC credit cards.
    The balance of the entire amount must be received 30 days before the first day of occupancy. At this time, a separate check for $250. security fee must be received. (It will be returned within 30 days after leaving rental when it is s determined that there is no damage, excessive cleaning needs, or missing items)
    If cancellation is made within 30 days of occupancy, or the complete second payment is not made within the 30 day time frame, then the week will be placed back on the market. Deposits will be returned only if the week is re-rented.
  • A brief rental agreement with fees, rates will be sent upon receiving the initial down. Until this is received, the emails will serve as the intent of both parties.

    If the booking is within the 30 days of occupancy, the entire amount, including all fees, will be required and in the form of money order or certified check unless otherwise agreed upon. We now accept credit cards.

    No house parties or non-family groups under age 25 (for all persons) This is a non-smoking condo. No pets.
    Occupancy is, at this time, limited to 7 persons. Our association supports the rights of all renters and owners to a safe, happy, and restful and fun vacation.

Cherry Grove Beaches: The sandy beaches in Cherry Grove ( a section of North Myrtle Beach) are beautiful, white, and so easy to navigate, whether you're walking, running, or flying a kite. When the tide goes out, small , shallow 'pools' form that are making it a wonderful spot for smaller children to play and a cool place to set your beach chair for reading or sunning! Even in the busiest times, Cherry Grove beaches are not overly crowded, and with Seapointe being right on the beach, you are only steps away from your 'home' at nap time or mealtime. Come give us a try. You'll want to come back year after year!!

Seapointe 301: Beginning with this season, Seapointe 301 is cleaned thoroughly after each use according to the highest standards. We have our own cleaner who is not committed to cleaning multiple homes in 2 hours! Your beds will be ready with fresh sheets and with a washer and dryer in the kitchen, you will not need to bring enormous amounts of clothing and towels! I am committed to making your stay the best you've ever had.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for 3 weeks in February 2009. First and foremost, Carol is extremely easy to deal with...quick response, courteous, anxious to please and wants you to enjoy every minute at her condo. This condo is fantastic...excellent location, fabulous views, quiet, supermarkets nearby, extremely clean, warm and cozy, and the most comfortable king size bed. Kitchen has all amenities and a washer and dryer. Beautfiul expansive beach... great for long walks. Having internet access and free long distance was very convenient. Lots of golf, shopping and restaurants. Greg Norman's Australian Grill has a great happy hour! So much to do and so little time. Wished we could have stayed longer.....can't wait to go back!!

NO SURPRISES

Everything about this property is as promised. The owner provided the most efficient customer service I've had in the forty-odd years we've been visiting the Myrtle Beach area. The location is excellent; there are plenty of restaurants, retail and grocery stores close by. The condo itself is beautifully decorated; all appliances were top notch quality and in excellent working order. The only complaint we would have is the living room couch is not comfortable on which to sit and shows some age. But the fishing was good at a local back water area where the locals go. I would certainly recommend this to any friend or relative and am planning on returning at least once or twice a year.

Wonderful Condo

We just got back from spending a week at Carol's condo. Even though the weather didn't fully cooperate, the condo was wonderful! Very clean and nicely decorated. We were there with another couple and there was plenty of room for all of us. We cooked most of our meals while were there and the kitchen was very nicely stocked with all the items you would need to prepare a meal plus some.

I can't say enough about how comfortable the beds were. We stayed int he master bedroom and that bed was so comfortable. This was one of my main concerns when looking for a condo to stay in. We've stayed in condo's in the past where either the mattresses are old and cheap or they are so hard you can hardley sleep on them. Not the case at this loacation. Everyone had a great nights sleep!

The condo was also VERY CLEAN. We've had problems with condo's being older and musty smelling and the owners trying to cover up the smell with sprays and pouporri's but that was not the case here. It was very clean and tastefully decorated.

I would highley recommend this condo and we plan on returning in the future and telling all our friends and family about it also.

A Wonderful Vacation

Upon arrival, we found a condo fully equipped for a fine living experience. The oceanfront balcony afforded us a view of the ocean and beach, at the same time allowing a certain sense of privacy. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone interested in a splendid vacation. Carol has provided the condo with all the comforts and ammenities of home. We look forward to returning next year.
