Everything about this property is as promised. The owner provided the most efficient customer service I've had in the forty-odd years we've been visiting the Myrtle Beach area. The location is excellent; there are plenty of restaurants, retail and grocery stores close by. The condo itself is beautifully decorated; all appliances were top notch quality and in excellent working order. The only complaint we would have is the living room couch is not comfortable on which to sit and shows some age. But the fishing was good at a local back water area where the locals go. I would certainly recommend this to any friend or relative and am planning on returning at least once or twice a year.

Owner's Response: Mary's right! A brand new sofa is coming this week! Every homeowner hopes they have "one more year" on big ticket items, but this sofa has been lived on and enjoyed and it's time to say goodbye--well done, old sofa!
