Seapointe 301 is a unique end unit that offers an over-sized balcony with amazing oceanfront views and sounds. The balcony is ideal for meals and extra play space for children. This condo is furnished and supplied for comfort and relaxation while close enough to all the action of the Grand Strand when going 'out ' is on your agenda. There is an indoor pool and hot tub to keep the fun going and the kids happy for year round enjoyment. The unit has wireless internet access, washer/ dryer and cable television. The beach area that Seapointe 301 overlooks is quieter and more secluded that many of the other beaches in North Myrtle Beach, with tide pools collecting twice a day to explore and enjoy! The end of the beach offers a peaceful and serene environment that is rare and peaceful for a large beach community. As an added bonus, the beds are are made and waiting for your arrival. You can start your vacation the moment you arrive, plan to fly a kite, collect shells or watch a sunset!

  • Terms of booking and payment--
  • Once the intent to reserve vacation time has been established through e-mail or the phone, the following is required:
    A deposit of 50% of the entire amount (weekly rental +12% taxes ) i s due within 1 week of intent. A check is great. I also take V/MC credit cards.
    The balance of the entire amount must be received 30 days before the first day of occupancy. At this time, a separate check for $250. security fee must be received. (It will be returned within 30 days after leaving rental when it is s determined that there is no damage, excessive cleaning needs, or missing items)
    If cancellation is made within 30 days of occupancy, or the complete second payment is not made within the 30 day time frame, then the week will be placed back on the market. Deposits will be returned only if the week is re-rented.
  • A brief rental agreement with fees, rates will be sent upon receiving the initial down. Until this is received, the emails will serve as the intent of both parties.

    If the booking is within the 30 days of occupancy, the entire amount, including all fees, will be required and in the form of money order or certified check unless otherwise agreed upon. We now accept credit cards.

    No house parties or non-family groups under age 25 (for all persons) This is a non-smoking condo. No pets.
    Occupancy is, at this time, limited to 7 persons. Our association supports the rights of all renters and owners to a safe, happy, and restful and fun vacation.

  • The master bath is private within the master suite. There are double sinks and plenty of storage. The jetted tub is a luxury that you'll enjoy to relax away all your cares. Both bathrooms are fully upgraded and contain built-in hairdryers and magnifying mirrors. Tile floors. Please supply your own towels.

  • Master bedroom with master bath. Sliding doors open to a large balcony overlooking the ocean. You'll fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing. Included are color cable TVw DVD clock radio/CD player, and plenty of storage. Bedroom 2 has color cable TV/DVD, ceiling fan, clock radios, and plenty of storage. Bedroom 3 has a twin bed for that older teenager or grandparent who requests extra privacy. color cable TV/DVD, clock radio. All mattresses are new and chosen for comfort! We believe that a good night's sleep is essential to a restful and fun vacation! Pillows are plump and plentiful! Yours beds will be made with fresh linens so that you arrive with one less worry! (especially helpful if you choose to fly)

Cherry Grove Beaches: The sandy beaches in Cherry Grove ( a section of North Myrtle Beach) are beautiful, white, and so easy to navigate, whether you're walking, running, or flying a kite. When the tide goes out, small , shallow 'pools' form that are making it a wonderful spot for smaller children to play and a cool place to set your beach chair for reading or sunning! Even in the busiest times, Cherry Grove beaches are not overly crowded, and with Seapointe being right on the beach, you are only steps away from your 'home' at nap time or mealtime. Come give us a try. You'll want to come back year after year!!

Seapointe 301 is cleaned thoroughly after each use according to the highest standards. We have our own cleaner who is not committed to cleaning multiple homes in 2 hours! Your beds will be ready with fresh sheets and with a washer and dryer in the kitchen, you will not need to bring enormous amounts of clothing and towels! I am committed to making your stay the best you've ever had.

Loved this home away!!

My husband and I stayed at this condo for 3 weeks in February 2009. First and foremost, Carol is extremely easy to deal with...quick response, courteous, anxious to please and wants you to enjoy every minute at her condo. This condo is fantastic...excellent location, fabulous views, quiet, supermarkets nearby, extremely clean, warm and cozy, and the most comfortable king size bed. Kitchen has all amenities and a washer and dryer. Beautfiul expansive beach... great for long walks. Having internet access and free long distance was very convenient. Lots of golf, shopping and restaurants. Greg Norman's Australian Grill has a great happy hour! So much to do and so little time. Wished we could have stayed longer.....can't wait to go back!!

Quiet, clean - perfect!

This was our first stay with Stephanie and the unit was exactly as described! We had great weather and the condo is RIGHT on the beach! It is at the end of Cherry Grove Beach so if you are looking for a quiet vacation this is the spot for you. The unit itself is well maintained, clean and everything you could need is provided. The building itself could use some work - and the pool is not geared towards summer use - it is small, indoors and heated. But that said we were there for the beach!

We had a great week - we would definitely stay with Stephanie again!!

Another great stay in this condo

This is the third time in less than 2 years that we have stayed in this particular condo. Each time has been a great experience. The quality and cleanliness of this condo continues to be great.

With the change in owners this time we were pleased to see that everything stayed the same or was better. Stephanie has made some nice upgrades. From the new flat panel screen in the living room to the new drapes on both patio doors everything looks wonderful. The new outdoor table and chairs on the patio were especially nice. Because they are tall you can see over the balcany while you are sitting down without having to tray to look through the little gap in the railing. We spent many hours sitting in those chairs watching the waves in the early morning and evenings.
We love this condo and will be back hopefully sooner than later!

Very relaxing Vacation

This was our first stay in Cherry Grove and I'm so glad we picked this condo. Carol, we found your condo vey nice, clean, pretty and we rested better than we ever have away from home. The Beds were very comfortable. Everything was there that we needed. All of us had a great time. I found just sitting watching the ocean so peaceful and relaxing. I hated to leave, but knew we had too. I will definitely recommend this to others. A winter vacation can be great at the right place and this was it. Thank you so much.

Better than expected!

The unit was better than we expected. The unit is spacious.....which was a very good thing due to several days of nonstop rain!! The beds were quite comfortable.....very nice linens and bedding. The place was so tastefully decorated! No cheap beachy wicker furniture here! It was sooooo nice! All the kitchen items you would need. And most importantly...clean! We did feel like we were staying in "someone's home" and not just their vacation rental. We would highly recommend and we will be back. Thanks Carol for a lovely stay!!
