This 1700 sq. ft. home is tucked away near the back corner of this small, private, gated community in central Scottsdale. You are greeted by a relaxing water feature as you enter the community. Enjoy the comfort of a single family home with the amenities of a townhome community featuring 2 pebbletec pools, 2 spas, 2 ramadas and 4 gas grills just a short walk from the home. Never miss a beautiful morning sunrise as you sip coffee on the front patio. As the days draws to an end, you can watch spectacular sunsets on the covered back patio while listening to the waterfall or roast marshmallows in the beehive fireplace as you count the stars at night. Want to stay inside, then snuggle up by the gas fireplace in the great room. This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a great room. You have a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the 2nd bedroom and sofa bed in the 3rd bedroom which doubles as a den.
