Enjoy of entertaiment such as live music, dance performers, karaoke, mechanical bull, etc.every night is a different kind of activity and you can participate in most of them without paying an extra penny.   • There are no added taxes. Fees: $ 50 for 1 week rental ( 1 cleaning) $ 100 for 1 month rental (4)
  • A deposit of 25% is requested to hold a reservation, this payment can be done trough Western Union or Money Gram. this payment won't be refunded if you cancel .
    An additional deposit of $ 200.00 is requested as a damage deposit, and will be fully refunded if no damage is done to property or its contents, no linens, towels, or household are missing, or if not smoking in property (Smoke is permitted outdoors).
    No credit will be given for shortened stays or early departure.
    The balance of the rental is due 2 weeks prior to check-in. ** Check-in at 4:00 p.m/ check-out at 12:00 noon. ***
    Fees: $ 50 for 1 week rental that will include 1 cleaning and $ 100 for 1 month rental that will include 4 cleanings. Additional cleanings $ 25.00 USd.

we had a wonderful vacation, place is great just as described. studio had a great view of the ocean and pool, and the hotel staff was very friendly. thankyou adriana for letting us stay in your beautiful condo cant wait to go back.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Cancun vist during Christmas 2007

we went there last christmas, a group of 4 ppl., for 10 days vacation, the room was very nice and clean, cleaning service was good too. room faces the ocean, the really good thing we found is we had a dinning area, kitchen and fridge. our hotel and beach were really nice. the only thing we found is it is a little bit far from club area and downtown, about 30 mins bus to downtown, and the bus is very frequent.
