This 3,000 sq. ft. private residence is beautifully decorated and surrounded by a private lake, multiple waterfalls, swaying palm trees, and spectacular Santa Rosa Mountain views, all of which create a soothing environment designed for comfort and relaxation. Another very romantic enclosed courtyard features a cascading waterfall into a pool, a spa that seats 10, and a built-in barbecue. Lemon, orange, ruby red grapefruit trees, and brilliant red bougainvillea are in abundance everywhere. Each bedroom suite (one king, two queens, one double) including private casita offers elegant custom bed coverings, 'the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in' according to many former guests, private bath and shower, and TVs. The master offers a Jacuzzi tub. The well-stocked kitchen includes granite counter tops, cook's island, stainless steel appliances, and opens onto a conversation room and courtyard. Other features include high ceilings, skylights, and wet bar. DirecTV HDTV and DVD in FR/LR.
