East of US 1 on Tavenier, FL, Blue Waters neighborhood, mile marker 92. This home has an 18' island kitchen, with extra freezer and wine cooler. You can swim in this extra clean canal, only one block off (3 minutes) to the Atlantic Ocean. Evening flashing marker at entrance to canal from the ocean. Easy for Scuba and Snorkeling, Deep Fishing. Davits for up to a 25' boat. Near Harry Harris Park. **This Home Is Not On The Bay Side** where you usually would need around an hr to get to the ocean. On land, one mile to keys beaches, largest shopping center, movies, churches, restaurants, etc. One hour drive to Miami and Miami beach. Only 3 hours to Orlando, Fl. theme parks.

The 3 sofa beds are located in the family room and living area are queen size and have extra cushion mat on top.

Renter beware!

We would not recommend this rental. It has a trailer park atmosphere and no views. The outside is littered with debris and equipment. The grill is dirty and unusable.

Also be aware that the owner of this property has kept our security deposit without proper cause. The owner has refused to take our calls and emails requesting documentation for any reasons as to why the security deposit is being withheld.
