World Famous Los Suenos Resort!! Spacious garden floor Colinas condominium overlooks Herradura Bay and the Marriott Resort. Our master bedroom suite has a king size bed, ample closets, television and master bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin beds adjacent to a full guest bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a bar adjacent to the full sized dining room. Below is a sunken living room attractively furnished in a Spanish Architectural motif complete with a television and full stereo system. The living room opens to a covered porch with tables and chairs to enjoy views of Herradura Bay and the beautiful landscaped grounds of the resort. The Colinas condominiums has its own recreation complex including an adult pool, a full size children's pool, jacuzzis, cabanas and a separate building with a fully equipped workout area. Wireless and plug-in internet service, a safe and washer/dryer is in the condo. **Non-Smoking Only**

The Colinas condo is located within the world famous Los Suenos Resort. Los Suenos Resort has a Marriott Hotel, golf course, marina, shopping plaza, private beach club and many fine restaurants. Just outside of the resort there are local beachfront and gourmet restaurants plus a new shopping plaza with a supermarket. Horseback riding, canopy adventures, deep sea fishing, white water rafting, trips to the volcano, rainforest, hiking and sightseeing can be arranged at the resort or on your own.
