Steps to the sand for swimming, surfing, boogie boarding, fishing, sailing or rollerblading all in your front yard! You are within walking distance to many fun activities as well! Belmont park is located only a few blocks south with the Wavehouse, restaurants, bars, amusement park and shopping. A short bike ride will take you north to Pacific Beach with more entertainment. A short drive will take you to La Jolla for world class shopping and dining, world famous San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Balboa Park, Old Town or Lego Land. A 45 minute drive will take you to the Wild Animal Park or Temecula for wine tasting.

  • Deposit of $500.00 Required at time of booking.
  • Cleaning Fee of $150.00 will be deducted from deposit at the end of the stay.
    Remaining deposit will be refunded up to 2 weeks after check out.
  • If you require more sleeping space, please inquire about our 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath downstairs. Ask about our discount for renting both units (Does NOT apply to peak summer season). During the Summer months and holiday weeks we require a full weeks rental. All other times please inquire for 3-5 night minimum.

Beautiful Place to stay

We love this area of Mission Beach. Kennebeck Court is within walking distance to Belmont Park and all the Mission Blvd restaurants. The decor is nice, beachy, and comfortable. Glen does a very good job of maintaining the property. If you have a problem, he takes care of it right away. I would recommend this property to anyone. We loved the Sand Bar (near Belmont), Kojak's gyros (near Belmont) for lunch and we always visit Saska's for seafood and steak. Property comes with outdoor shower and boogie boards, sand chairs, etc. Very nice. We stayed in the bottom place in 2006, then the top one in 2007 & 2008. Our situation has changed or we would have booked for this summer.

We had a great experience here. The place is very spacious and the layout allowed us ample space and privacy - there is kitchen and large common area with a bathroom dowstairs, and the upstairs has a separate common area with three bedrooms and bathrooms. The wireless internet worked without a hitch, and all the amenities were there (washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, water toys, linens/towels, etc.). The location was great as well - literally a stone's throw to the sand, a short walk to Belmont park, and convenient to the freeways. Very nice to have two on-site parking spots in the garage.
