2 BR + loft, 1 1/2 Bath, Sleeps 6

Charming A-Frame Chalet single family home in great secure community between Rehoboth and Lewes beaches. House has all amenities, including A/C, washer/dryer, full cable TV, wireless internet, and dishwasher. Rental includes use of community pool (3 block walk), tennis, playground. In/out boat privileges available at community marina for fee (paid to community office). Plenty of off-street parking. House has front and back decks (with new gas grill) and is nestled among trees for shady afternoons. Master BR has queen bed; upstairs BR has twin beds (can push together), loft has double futon, living room has single futon. Use of linens, towels, dishes and kitchen pots/pans/appliances included. Just bring yourself ... everything you need is here! Short walk to crabbing dock, and bay inlet where renters can put in canoes, kayaks etc. Short drive to over 100 outlet stores (Delaware shopping is tax-free).

House is in quiet community (Angola by the Bay) conveniently located between Rehoboth Beach and Lewes Beach, close to the Midway shopping centers, movies, and three outlet centers. It is a short walk to an inlet to Rehoboth Bay and the community pool, playground, tennis and crabbing docks. Great off-season activities including Sea-Witch festival, Rehoboth Jazz Festival, antique shows, holiday shopping. Most restaurants are open year 'round, as are movies, bowling, and other activities. Easy drive to Cape Henlopen State Park for trail walking, nature viewing.

Notes: There are three steps to reach front deck and enter first floor. That floor has open floor plan, but not sure if doorways to BR/bath are wide enough for all wheelchairs. Second floor is reached by spiral staircase and would not be suitable for persons with mobility problems or small children who might fall through railing openings. Will rent to families or to groups over age 25.

So Relaxing

It was the perfect week for me. Relaxing and comfortable with all that I was looking for. I wanted to get away from it all, be able to bring my small dog, yet have the comforts of home, including the internet, and this rental had it all. I highly reccomend this cozy home.

this home was perfect for a family of five, which we have and great for animal lovers, plenty of room too walk the dog and whatever else you wanted to do,everything was only minutes away but the home is in the quietest development, would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful vacation, the place was clean and had what we needed to eat in house, not a real big place but nice and cozy............
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Wonderful location!

I can't express how thrilled we were with this house and the location! It was convenient to everything, yet far enough away from it all that we could actually relax. The house was well stocked and anything that we needed was there. The neighborhood is pet and child friendly, as we were always seeing people walking dogs and kids riding bikes. An excellent value for the money! Thanks Jim and Adele!

This is great little place that was perfect for our mother/daughters vacation this year. The location is nice and quiet yet very close to the shopping and summertime activities of the beach scene.
