A great deal for the traveler on a budget

I have stayed at this A frame twice now and been satisfied both times.
The home is clean, comfortable and cozy with the needed amenities: Clean bed, good AC, 1.5 baths, kitchen with supplies.
And there are some nice added features: Cable TV, A nice yard with a deck, BBQ.
The home is small but does not feel cramped for a group of 4 - 6. Additionally the owner allows you to bring your furry loved ones along and this is a big deal to me!
You are close to the beaches of Rehobeth and Lewes, about a 15 minute drive but there is affordable parking at both. The neighborhood has a nice little crabbing dog and a sizable pool and both are within walking distance of the home. The neighborhood has more of a quiet wooded feel than beachy which can be a nice escape when on vacation.
The owner is friendly, helpful and responds quickly. This is important to me and I am sure to other renters. You can trust this owner to be a good communicator, deliver a nice home, and charge you fairly.
Ultimately if you are seeking a simple home that is comfy and clean and near the beaches I would highly suggest this place. If you are looking for a high end place or to be walking distance to the beach I suggest opening your wallet a bit wider and paying more for a different rental.
For us this has been perfect and we plan on returning many more times.
