4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms can sleep up to 10 if sofa bed in family room is used

The villa is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac with the south facing pool overlooking a large green. Unlike many of the other villas on offer there are no fences or other properties just a few feet from your pool. Our nearest neighbours pool is about 100ft away giving you peace and privacy while sunbathing or dining round the pool. The villa has 2150sq ft of comfortably furnished and air conditioned living area.

There are 4 bedrooms, 2 twin, one double and the master featuring a king size bed and an en-suite with twin vanity's, bath and oversize separate shower. All bedrooms have ample closet and draw space and come equipped their own TV and all bedlinen. A family bathroom serves these bedrooms and can also be accessed from the pool area.

The living area has a family room, living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and nook. All the expected entertainment and labour saving appliances are provided along with a high-chair, cot, digital safe and gas BBQ.

The villa is in the much sought after Lindfields community just 4 miles, 6 minutes, west of Disney and is one of the closest communities to Disneyworld. Sea World, Universal and Wet & Wild are only about a 20 minute drive and the access to all is easy just right out of Lindfields and then left onto interstate 4. If you turn right out of Lindfields you have 10 miles of shopping, attractions and a wide range of restaurants within a few minutes drive and a choice of 4500 in the greater Orlando area. Two Publix supermarkets, a Wal-Mar, a super target and a walk in medical centre are close by. The glorious beaches of the Gulf and Atlantic coasts, Busch Gardens and the Space Centre are just over an hour away via the Interstate 4, the junction of which is just 5 miles along the 192. Orlando is home to 39 million sq ft of of shopping in modern malls, factory outlets and designer stores with all the top names. Nearest neighbours pool 100ft away giving you peace and privacy while in the pool area, very rare in a rental property!! Two living rooms, gives you your own space to read or chat while the children watch TV. Formal dining room should you fancy a quiet family meal at home. Premium location close to all the action but quiet and peaceful on your rest days. Friendly management company on hand should you encounter a problem. Rates are inclusive of utility's and taxes including free International phone calls and broadband internet access .

Great villa to enjoy Orlando

Spent two weeks at this villa and loved it. Very good value for what you get.
Villa is big (massive for just 4 of us) and has everything you need, for a self catering holiday, although is very close to lots of great restaurants if you want to eat out. Several supermarkets just up the road as well.

Swimming pool is great, gets the sun all day and isnt overlooked at all. The nearest neighbour is some distance and the angle of the villa means even they cant see the pool area. We spent a few days of the holiday just relaxing by the pool and it was lovely.

4 or 5 miles from Disney, takes no time to get onto the Disney roads and to all of the resorts. Even Universal is a quick drive up the I4.

Overall the location is perfect, its a nice quiet cul de sac (except for some regular visits by some crane like birds each morning which the kids loved.). The only noise came from some other holidayers across the estate (about 100 yards away) and that was just other kids splashing about. The closest neigbours seemed to live there and didnt hear anything from them.

The only negative we had was a temperamental safe leading to some panic on one day when we couldnt get to our money/passports, but the helpful owners helped us get in and after then whilst it was still temperamental we always managed to get in after a few attempts and wasnt anything to worry about.

Owners were extremely helpful from the booking and during the stay and went above and beyond what I would expect.

Really couldnt recommend this villa enough for a base for a Disney holiday, Im not sure we will go back to Orlando as Disney etc may be a once in a lifetime thing, but if we do we will certainly re-book.

The safe can be a little temperamental we know (timing between pressing the buttons) which is why we have added the safeguards to prevent you being unable to enter. What can I say about Misty Palms?

Well this was our forth time to Misty Palms and it just get better very time .Great location close to all the parks and restaurants. Tudor Court is a quite well looked after neighbourhood which you feel safe in. The Pool is just great after a day at the parks and we will be using the Villa again in the future.

We Love Misty Palms

After a long tiring flight all we wanted to do was get on the road, find the villa and relax. Thanks to the great info. Pack Chris & Pauline sent us we were there in no time and we were not dissapointed. The villa is spacious, comfy & clean. The pool was a big hit with our three boys and was well maintained during our stay by the local pool man. The location was perfect for getting to the disney parks and the 192 was great to find somewhere quick to eat without going far. We had a great holiday and having a great place to come back to to relax was very welcome.
Owner's Response: Thanks again to all our guests who take the time to add a reveiw, good, bad or indifferent. Their responce is of great help to those considering which villa is right for them. It also helps us to keep on top of problems, like the Internet malfunction from the previous guest. This was sorted out in a couple of hours from being informed and the loss of service could have been avoided had we been informed before they returned home. We urge all our guests not to wait but to contact the management company as soon as a problem arrises, they are very helpful and efficient and usually sort out problems promptly.

Great villa for any vacation in Orlando!

The villa was just great. Spacious rooms, comfortable chairs and couches, a nice big pool and the next neighbours are many yards away... nothing to complain about. The location is ideal, especially for the price. Everything you need or want to do is near you within half an hour of driving (Target and Walmart 5 minutes, 192 a few minutes, Disney 10 minutes, Universal etc 30 minutes).

The only thing that could have been better in the villa was the Wifi-connection, which was slow or sometimes even didn't worked. But that didn't bothered us at all. We just enjoyed our holiday and this accommodation was one of the reasons why we loved it there. I really would recommend the Misty Palms villa to everyone who wants to stay in Orlando.

While you're there, go to TGI Friday's near Formosa Gardens Dr, located at the 192. You will get the best Baby Back Ribs you can imagine ;)

Relaxing Vacation

There's no comparison between a hotel stay and a stay in this wonderful villa! When you receive your key from Chris & Pauline, you're on your way to a relaxing vacation where you'll have more freedom, peace and quiet than you could ever get at even the most expensive hotel, for a price that beats them!
Coming all the way from Canada, we were thrilled with the quality of service provided and we received more than we could ever ask for - a stylish home with spacious rooms, all beautifully maintained, with a gorgeous pool - just for us! The proximity to all the attractions meant we could easily come home and enjoy a meal and still go back to the parks later in the day, saving money and sanity!
Our kids loved having a break in their own pool, away from the crowds, and we could really relax knowing everyone had a comfortable night's sleep in a home environment, not lying awake half the night on a questionable foldaway couch listening to the snoring of someone sleeping 4 feet away. You know how they say good fences make good neighbours, well, good nights' sleep make good vacations!
