Beautiful oceanside home just 60 yards from the beach. Luxury accommodations, with granite counter tops throughout the gourmet kitchen and bathrooms, 4 televisions - one each in the two living rooms and flat screen TV's in the two master bedrooms all with cable TV. 3 decks - come see the waves crash on the beach from the room deck. Outdoor shower allows for a true beach experience. Parking for 6 cars. 6 beach passes for guests. High speed Internet access for fun surfing the web and work. This house is perfect for large families or to share between families. Beach bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs all available. Great for kids includes pack and play, children's toys, books and games. Our home is in a perfect location with top restaurants, ice cream parlors, shops, pharmacy, grocery store all within a few blocks walk (2-3 minutes). Discounts for multiple week renters available and year over year renters get preferred rates.

Kitchen has large over-sized refrigerator perfect for multi-week food and beverage storage. Also service for more than two dozen inlcuded. All beds have allergen reducing coverings and air conditioning has HEPA filters. Hardwood floors are also hypo-allergenic. Entrance into the house has a large foyer perfect for keeping sandals, boogie boards and other commonly used items without the need to take them upstairs. An Ex-Large Beautiful Home by the Ocean! This home provides you with an enjoyable and relaxing vacation with no worries. More then enough space for 15 people. A Real Home away from Home. Owner was great to work with and very helpful. Online descriptions online are very accurate. Will definitely rent again and refer others! Nothing but a Great Experience!

Amazing Family Vacation

I was a little concerned with the thought of a full week with the whole family together, but this home made it perfect! we had more than enough room for all 6 children and 9 adults.The kitchen was perfect! The location to the beach was wonderful! This was a wonderful experience and pray to organize another trip for this coming year!

Thouroughly enjoyed our stay at this very nice rental property that was clean when we arrived and clean when we left. More than enough bedrooms for the entire family (6 adults, 2 teenagers & 2 grandchildren). Very close to the beach and easily walkable to many restaurants and the grocery store. (leave the car keys at the house)
The owner is a lovely lady who checked in with us after we thought we had a problem with the fridge. (Problem took care of itself)
Would definately recommend this house to friends who want to have a nice vacation on LBI.

2nd time renting - yet another great experience.

I've rented in 2007 and now in 2009, both times I've been very happy with the house. The house is literally FEET from the ocean, and the deck on the topmost roof gives an amazing 360 view of the island. This house is set up for a large group and has the kitchen/eating area to match. From the hardwood floors, oversized fridge, laaaarge dining room table, to the LCD tvs, this house is very nice and is not outfitted with the normal "cheap rental furniture/equipment". The owners are painless to deal with and really made the process very easy. The island itself really has a lot to offer, for people of all ages. While we had no in our group to take advantage of it, the house also had board games, childrens toys, and various beach items.

I look forwarding to vacationing here again in 2010.

Great View - Great House - Great Owner

Really nice property, literally, 100 feet from the sand. The property is furnished like a home, rather than a rental. (Its the little things, like, the one vacuum is a Dyson, not a 50 dollar cheapie, the mattress was very comfy, again, not a cheapie.. the LCD in the bedrood was nice, the kitchen was great with high end appliances, plenty of chairs and dual living rooms made it easy for a large group. This is definately a "large home" you can rent rather than a "skimp on everything to make the biggest buck" type unit.

The owner was very accommodating with my last minute arrangements when my original plans fell through with another rental.

I plan on renting again this year, and the next, and the next.
