Additional features: The flooring on the 1st and 2nd levels is a beautiful hand scraped Brazilian Angelim wood. The 3rd floor has a art studio space with large sink for washing brushes and tools. The rec room includes a pool table and a full set of dumbbell weights and a stereo with in-wall speakers.
