One of the most spectacular homes in Provincetown, located in the heart of the West End. It doesn't get any better than this in town. The location is close to the Boatslip, on the beach but tucked away from the crowds passing by Commercial St. Constructed in 2006 & has amazing modern amenities. Boasts a gourmet kitchen w/ beautiful soapstone counters, a Viking range, stainless steel appliances, black granite farmer sink & fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils etc. Bdrms have down comforters & hotel quality linens. Master suite on the 3rd fl has a private deck, a huge bathroom w/ a handcrafted teak dual sink vanity, bizazza tiled enormous shower with body sprays & rainhead. 1st floor has a Brunswick pool table, 2 bedrooms, 2 bthrms, 2nd kitchen, 2nd living room & huge 3 pane slider leading to a deck and the beach. 2nd fl has main living room & kitchen, bdrm, bath w/ jacuzzi, large deck, Bose surround sound stereo. Outdoor shower, Ducane grill, 6 Tropitone beach chairs.

This property is located on the beach in the best part of Provincetown. Walk down a small path from Commercial St and you're at the house. This provides nice privacy over many homes that are directly on the street. Choose to sit on the beach or any of the 3 private decks or a short 1 minute walk to the boat slip deck.

Notes: Swimming pools are available at the Boat slip or the Provincetown Inn both are within walking distance but the beach is right outside the back doors. Outdoor dining: The beach deck has a dining table that accommodates 4 people. The 2nd floor deck off the main living room has a dining table that accommodates 8-10 people. Outdoor dining tables and chairs are stored in the rec room (pool table room) from Nov 1st through May 1st.

Additional features: The flooring on the 1st and 2nd levels is a beautiful hand scraped Brazilian Angelim wood. The rec room includes a pool table, a full set of dumbbell weights and a stereo with in-wall speakers.

We had a fantastic vacation and adored the house. It was more than we ever expected. Everything is new and so clean. We loved being close to everything in town. This was better than any hotel you could get. We will definetly be back.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
