1 Bedroom - 1 Bath - (Sleeps 2)

Exuma Blue is located 1/4 of a mile from the center of George Town, on a 1/2 acre hilltop parcel on Great Exuma. Private location, but restaurants, shopping, groceries, tour services, and other amenities are all located within a convenient distance. Exuma Blue is located only 700 feet from the water and a white sand beach.

Exuma Blue is fully air-conditioned, with one bedroom queen-bed and views of Elizabeth Harbour, Pirate Hill and Stocking Island. The bedroom has an elevated two person Jacuzzi tub with an ocean view.

A lovely 350 square foot balcony stretches along the entire view side of the house, and provides fabulous views of Elizabeth Harbour, Stocking Island, and the Atlantic Ocean beyond. A retractable shade awning, swing and outdoor lounge furniture are also provided.

Our amazing week at Exuma Blue

We booked a last minute trip to the Bahamas and lucky for us Exuma Blue was available. The cottage was spotlessly clean and just as it appears in the pictures. Tina showed us amazing hospitality by leaving lots of food in the freezer for us to use, including homemade tamales!!! We were looking for a romantic getaway and that is exactly what we got. Beautiful ocean view from the deck during the day and at night we took in some amazing stargazing. There is lots to do, we took a trip over to Stocking Island and fed the stingrays, did some snorkeling and of course, some exploring!! We couldn't get over the deserted beaches - we had three mile beach all to ourselves. Easy walking distance into town and the grocery store, as well as restaurants. We were sad to come home to winter - and hope we can go again soon. I have already recommended Exuma Blue to friends and family. Thanks for a wonderful experience Tina!!

Excellent accommodation, beautiful island

This is a lovely little villa ideal as a romantic getaway. Very clean and well equipped and Delwood was always on hand to help out if needed.

We hired his car, which was good value, so we could explore the island but both Jolly Hall Beach (fantastic) and Georgetown with banks and shops are within walking distance. You can also get the water taxi from Georgetown to Stocking Island for access to more beautiful empty beaches.

We had a very relaxing stress free holiday and would highly recommend the island and this accommodation.

The cottage is just right for two, very clean and comfortable. Location is close enough to walk to town, view is of blue water, great porch- and the kitchen had all we needed to cook our own meals when we wanted.
The property manager was just amazing and most helpful, both before and during our stay. We'd stay there Again!!

Exuma blue è una casa molto ben organizzata, c'è tutto il necessario per farti trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna del relax e della comodità. Una nota particolare va alla pulizia della casa, ci sembrava di essere a casa nostra, a partire dalle lenzuola fino ad arrivare alle stoviglie!! L'aria condizionata è silenziosa e ogni elettrodomestico presente in casa funziona alla perfezione. La coccola di ogni sera era di rilassarci nella fantastica Jacuzzi!!! L'isola è un paradiso le spiegge sono deserte e dal mare cristallino e meravigliosamente caldo, la sabbia bianchissima e sembra borotalco. La gente del posto è accogliente e cordiale. Un saluto particolare va a Delwood che ci ha reso la vacanza ancora più semplice con il suo prezioso aiuto!! Grazie Exuma blue un posto dove tornare!!! Daniele & Silvia (Italia)

We were sad to leave Exuma Blue at the end of July. We had a wonderful vacation there. Delwood, the caretaker was absolutely wonderful! He was very attentive to our needs and provided us with excellant service. The house is well equipped with essentials and is in a wonderful location. We only needed a car, which we rented from Delwood on the last 2 days of our stay! We hope to return soon.
