This brand new three bedroom beachfront villa with pool is located on a peninsular in the north of the island of St. Lucia, at Trouya Beach. Its large fully equipped kitchen boasts all modern facilities. This open floor plan villa has a king size 4- posted bed in the master bedroom with an en suite Italian/European style bathroom. One bedroom comes with 2 single beds or a king size bed depending on your choice and the other a standard size bed. The three bedrooms three bathrooms villa is tiled throughout, comes with A/C in each bedroom and a large patio area with its own swimming pool. The villa is located on a small development consisting of 4 modern luxury villas near the beach and is literally seconds away from its own small cove beach area and is great for large families.
