Luxury 4Bed/3Bath Villa, South west facing 30ft X 15ft Pool and Spa backing onto an Orange Grove. Computer, WiFi Internet access, Playstation2, Games Room, 7ft pool table, foosball, ping pong, and darts. Highchair, crib, stroller, baby alarms, Park style charcoal barbecue and an additional Electric George Foreman grill. Cable TVs in all bedrooms. This luxury executive villa is located in Orange Tree on Highway 27, just 8 miles from Disney. For the avid golfers, there are several top class golf courses nearby and we even supply two sets of golf clubs for free. Orange Tree is a new development surrounded by a conservation area with a tot lot, tennis courts and basketball courts on site. Our villa is in a prime location backing up to orange trees, not other properties. You can pick your own oranges and squeeze your own juice for breakfast. We want your vacation to be memorable, so we have tried to create a vacation villa that has something for everyone.

Highway 192 is 5 minutes drive away and the I4 is close by, giving easy access to all major theme parks and both coasts. Several major golf courses are within a few minutes drive, and Lake Louisa National Reserve is only 7 miles further down Highway 27. You will never be at a loss for anything to do staying at this ideally situated villa. Kennedy space center, the world of space exploration, is within easy traveling distance. Shop till you drop, in the Florida Mall, and don't forget to pick up a designer bargain in the Belz Factory Outlet. World class golf courses are on your doorstep, and other activities such as walking, fishing, air boat rides etc. are just a few miles away. Both coasts, with their spectacular beaches, beckon when you are not visiting the parks. Florida Really Is The Place With Something For Everyone!

Very comfortable and spacious villa within easy reach of the attractions. Really appreciated the extras for the pool and the games for the children. The owners were very friendly and very accomodating.

every thing was great about this vacation villa, entry was no problem, key code and home alarm were custom set for my 8 day stay, the villa was very clean, and the pool and spa was excellent, the game room was a lot of fun, my family and i really enjoyed our stay, i would definitely recommend a stay in this villa, i know i will be returning to it the next time i vacation in florida.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
