Luxury, newly remodeled 2 bedroom condo/townhouse available for vacation rental. This unit offers you a beautiful location one block away from the ocean and beach. The condo has been completely updated this season with granite counter tops, marble floors, stainless steel appliances, and central air conditioning. You are a block away from restaurants, shops, tennis courts, parks, the beach, and the harbour. You will enjoy total comfort and quiet while relaxing during your vacation. This unit is newly furnished with new linens as well as cable television and Internet service. Washer and dryer are available as well as parking directly in front of the condo. Please call me as soon as possible we only have a few weeks left this season. My name is Joe.

This is a beautiful condo as well as a beautiful area. My family and I bought this as a home to use for our vacations as well as our future retirement. The area is safe and filled with endless activities. The best activity is the 5 minute walk to the beach were you can spend all day in the ocean.

Rental Rates for this vacation condo rental in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Florida

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Rental rate is 1500 per week in high season and 750 a week for low season.
  • $1500 per week, 2250 for two weeks, 2500 for three weeks and 3000 for the month. We take all forms of payment. The unit and area are beautiful and is our home for my families vacation as well.
