This is a beautiful condo as well as a beautiful area. My family and I bought this as a home to use for our vacations as well as our future retirement. The area is safe and filled with endless activities. The best activity is the 5 minute walk to the beach were you can spend all day in the ocean. The Florida vacation home has a beautiful newly remodeled kitchen with hard wood floors throughout, 1.5 baths, and flat screens TV's in all rooms.

The condo is VERY CLEAN and also very well represented in the listing.
The location is great: walking distance from beach and close to everything else.
The building is quiet and very well maintained.

This townhome was perfect. Our girls ONLY getaway was great with a townhome full of amenities and close to everything. We could walk to the beach and various other locations safely. The townhome is on a quiet street so sleeping in was no problem! We can't wait to check the calendar and book again!

I really enjoyed the townhome with my family. The townhome is close to all sorts of things making the location just perfect. The townhome was clean and very nice. I used the washer and dryer and found it to be very accessible as it is just a few feet outside the door. I would recommend this rental property to others with small children, as the location and the townhome are certainly "family friendly"!

Could be better!

The listing description is not accurate: there are not washer and dryer in this town home; it was very disappointing!
The property was not completely clean: there were old dead roaches in the living room and just last night I saw a big very much alive roach in my room. The cabinets in the kitchen were not too clean either.
It is a very nice place but could be cleaner!
Owner's Response: The washer and dryer are in the hall 10 feet from the home, and this was made clear to the renter prior to agreement to rent. This women is not even the renter but a sister of the renter who never contacted us prior to arrival. There are no roaches in our homes and all of our places are sprayed for bugs as a precaution with Terminex.
After their arrival our cleaning crew went out there three times and she still was not satisfied.
We called the actual renter her brother who was more than pleased with the home.
We have renter for 5 years and have never had a bad review. I am very upset and embarressed to have a negative review and promise anyone who rents our home is beautiful and clean!
