The hosting of parties, which would increase maximum occupancy in the home, on decks, patios or anywhere on the property, is a violation of your rental lease. Over occupied properties constitutes a material breach and are subject to immediate eviction. No refunds, No exceptions. No Singles under 25 years of age without legal guardian or owner's prior approval. All accommodations are governed by appropriate Florida Laws pertaining to Florida Landlord and Tenant Act, and also Rules and Regulations that are applicable to said premises.
