Perfect for anyone!

I don't even know where to begin. The location, the private beach, the huge master suite upstairs, the amount of space we had; on a scale of 1 to 10 this place is a 20. It was above and beyond what we were expecting. The additional master bedroom allowed us to have my parents come along on this very memorable trip. I still can't believe how quiet the beach was. More than perfect!
Owner's Response: Our 2 floor beachfront townhouse supports 1 Level Living, with a master bedroom and bath on both the first and second floor. This makes it perfect for those who can't or don't want to deal with the stairs to the 2nd floor.

Our fully furnished and beautifully decorated home is the only 4 bedroom townhouse located in the beautiful community of Banana Bay. Walking out the back door puts you directly onto the private community beach. On the intracoastal waterway you will find calm water perfect for swimming, boating, kayaking, or just watching the dolphins play while sitting on the patio enjoying your favorite cold drink.

Dream Vacation

We enjoyed our recent trip at this home so much! The house is beautiful and the views are spectacular. Having a beach out the back door was such a nice treat.

The house was very spacious so when our group of 8 needed some time away from each other, it was easy to do. The master bedroom upstairs was a little piece of heaven, with an ocean view from the bedroom to the bath.

The neighbors were friendly and helpful. The owner was very helpful when we spoke with her on the phone. The pool and hot tub facilities were nice. The kids enjoyed playing on the beach and searching for hermit crabs and sandollars. It was also a beautiful location for family photos.

We did find it to be a little bit of a drive to the heart of Pensacola, where we normally vacation. It was a great location to be next to the NAS museum and the Blue Angels though. We were also close enough to drive to Gulf Shores one day too. All in all it was a wonderful "home away home" and we were well pleased.

...nothing to do w/the home but there is billboard advertising for the Reef Restaurant (said to be best in area)...don't try it! We were hugely disappointed!

Great value on a great vacation spot !!

I rented this house for my two childred and their families, which included a newborn, 3 yr. old twins, and a 6 yr. old. The condo was located on a great quiet beach just steps from the back door. This made it very nice for young children (no elevators). It was far enough back from the water for it to be safe. The house was very clean and had a lot of room for everyone. Everything was in great working condition. We have relatives just down the street, so that made this condo ideal. We loved it and plan on returning to the same place next summer. What a deal !!!

Another Memorable Beach Vacation

My husband and I have been visiting Florida for 30 years. We have stayed all up and down the coast but continue to return to Perdido Key. The people are friendly and because we bring our grandchildren we like the fact that Perdido Key is closer in driving distance than other destinations on the beach.

This is our first visit to Banana Bay and we were pleasantly surprised. The property is beautifully decorated and very spacious. We love that the back door opens directly onto the beach and the intercostal waterway. We enjoyed watching fishing and leisure boats pass by and an occasional dolphin popped up several times.

The intercostal waterway is great for small children. It is quiet and calm and lots of hermit crabs entertained my grandchildren.

This would definitely be a property that we would consider returning to in the future. The property manager and his wife were very friendly and helpful.

By the way, You must try Lulu's on the intercostal waterway in Gulf Shores. Great for families!!

Great Easter Vacation!

We stayed in this townhouse over the Easter break, and can't wait to return next year. It was beautifully decorated and very spacious, with plenty of room for kids to play. I found everything I needed to cook meals for our family in the well-appointed kitchen. The owner provided great communication when weather caused us to arrive late. We watched blue angels in the sky in the morning, and dolphins cavorting in the Sound in the afternoon. Loved nearby Mexican restaurants, Jellyfish bar, NAS museum, and great nooks and crannys on beautiful beaches.
