House is located in a nice quiet residential area and close to the beaches (both Brava and Mansa), but at the same time close to the big shopping center, and other commercial areas, as well as close to the peninsula.

Beaches are absolutely beautiful: on one side they are quiet (the 'Mansa' side), nice to swim and for young children to play; and on the other side (the 'Brava' side) with more waves, and also suitable for surfing. The area is very safe. There are also many places to visit in the neighboring areas (like José Ignacio, La Barra, Casapueblo, Punta Ballena, etc.).

La casa está ubicada en un área residencial que es tranquila, pero a la vez cercana a las playas y al 'Punta' shopping así como también cercana a otros centros comerciales, y a la península.

Las playas son hermosísimas: de un lado tiene las playas del lado de 'La Mansa' ideales para que los niños pequeños jueguen, y también para nadar tranquilamente; del otro lado tiene las playas del lado de 'La Brava', con más olas, algunas de las cuales están reservadas para el surf. La zona es segura y tranquila. Hay muchos lugares para visitar en las zonas vecinas (como José Ignacio, La Barra, Casapueblo, Punta Ballena, etc.).

Wonderful house near the Peninsula and both the Mansa and Brava beach side of Punta del Este. Also near Punta Shopping.
It is indeed incredible to be close to animated places in the Peninsula or Shopping and also to the beaches, and at the same time to be also in a quiet street of the Aidy Grill area.
Lovely big and quiet garden in the back of the house, with nice barbecue.
Neighborhood was very sympathetic.
Highly recommended.

Beautiful garden full of birds. We spend there a wonderful week.
