With 3 staterooms to choose from, select the ambiance for the evening and indulge in romance, work or play. The intimate floor plan allows privacy without isolation. Overlooking the greenbelt and accessed from the dinette or master bedroom, the wrap around balcony offers shelter from the afternoon heat and a cooling breeze at sunset. The home has 1950 square feet and has 3 bedrooms, an office loft, 2 bathrooms (including a separate soaking tub in the master bath), and a 2 car garage with door opener and keyless entry.
