Cumbrian Lakes is a beautiful wooded conservation area with sparkling lakes that provide a natural habitat for Cranes, Ospreys & Blue Herons. The area has a children's playground and many walks & jogging trails. Our villa backs onto a wooded area and is therefore not overlooked, so you can relax by the pool in total privacy. The main theme parks and attractions such as Disney & Sea World are no more than 15 minutes drive, Universal Studios and the Florida Mall are about 30 minutes away. If your a fishing enthusiast you couldn't be in a better place West Lake Toho has some of the best bass fishing in Florida and is 10 mins away record catches are the norm here! If you fancy going a bit further afield, the Gulf Coast to the West, the Atlantic Coast to the East and Kennedy Space Center are all only about an hour's drive.

    Pool heat = £90.00 per week
    Deposit of £125.00 per week required to secure booking. Once the booking is confirmed (normally within 7 days), the deposit will be non-refundable.
    The outstanding balance will be payable 8 weeks prior to departure. At this time, an additional refundable security deposit of £200.00/US$350 will be payable to cover any breakages/damage. The security deposit will be refunded to the client no later than 30 days after vacating the property, subject to no breakages/damage.
    In the event of cancellation, the following charges will apply:
    6-8 weeks prior to departure - 50% of total rental charge.
    4-6 weeks prior to departure - 75% of total rental charge.
    Less than 4 weeks prior to departure - 100% of total rental charge.

Wonderful Holiday Home

When you book a villa holiday, unless you've been there before, you always worry that it won't match up to the photos,description etc... well not with this property.What a wonderful place to spend your holidays.... big social areas, large kitchen, excellent pool area and the bedrooms were fabulous. The villa is obviously very well looked after, clean and stocked with just about everything you would possibly need, just a home from home really.
Linda provided us with a quick and efficient service, and her directions from the airport were perfect.The games room was a welcome part of the villa, somewhere to spend time waiting for others to get ready!!!
On our 2nd last day my daughter, who celebrated her 4th birthday on holiday(Wal-mart recommended for cakes) asked if we could come back to 'our villa' , when we return to Orlando we hope to be coming back here, to our villa.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Many thanks Linda for sharing your wonderful holiday home with us again, all my family and I really enjoyed our two week holiday.

This is a very beautiful house at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac location. We had all we ever needed and much more. The pool & Jacuzzi were nice to relax by (and not over looked – due to the conservation area at the rear). All the bedrooms/bathrooms were immaculate and tastefully decorated….our master bedroom was the largest I’ve seen !.

The area the house is located in is also wonderful, with the added bonus of being gated, and within a short driving distance of all the theme parks etc. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to have a wonderful hassle free vacation!.

We will definitely consider staying here again and also refer others to this villa.

Excellent villa in great location

All information on website about this villa was understated. Great location, very clean and everything you would need for a perfect holiday. There were nine of us staying for two weeks, seven adults and two kids, and all had a great time. We have stayed in Florida before but this was the first time we stayed in a villa and it was excellent. Plenty of room for everybody to have their own space and the kids loved the pool. Location was nice and quiet but close enough to the 192, I4 and Disneyworld. Lynda gave us great advice on tickets and all the information we required about the villa and any other questions we had were answered immediately. We will recommend this villa to our family, friends and workmates as it played a huge part in our great holiday.

Our New Villa

We have been to Florida a few times and we've stayed in hotels and villas before, but we can honestly say that this was the best place we have ever stayed. All the details for arrival were clear and accurate which meant we had no problems upon arrival in the dark. The villa itself is immaculate and very spacious, especially the master suite where our young children could watch TV while we got ready and supervise them at the same time. There was plenty of room for them to play in a safe environment and lots of toys to amuse them both in the villa and in the pool. We had everything we needed for the baby too and as the master suite is so big there was plenty of room for the 5 of us who all ended up in the same room.
Great location too. 5 min drive to Walmart and somewhere in the middle between Disney and Universal. The 192 is also just up the road, where there are lots of restaurants and for those who love to shop, its not far from Buena Vista and Orlando Premium outlets. No matter what you choose to do on your vacation/holiday, this villa will provide you with an ideal base to discover everything on offer and we would definitely stay here on our next trip.

Fantastic Vacation!

We loved this home for our vacation. Our two families came from different parts of the country and met here to spend the week. My sister's two teenage boys loved the house, the garage full of activities and having their own room. My two young girls were completely at home in the princess themed room and we had all of the luxuries of home - monitors, bed rails, high chairs, and even kid plates. My oldest daughter fell in love with the princess lamp and was very unhappy that we had to leave it behind.

The trip to and from the parks took about 20-25 minutes but honestly, that is no longer than the bus trip when we stayed on property on our last trip.The large master suite had a fantastic bed that my husband and I missed when we returned home. And the fully stocked kitchen was a wonderful convenience while we were there.

Thank you to the wonderful owners who answered a million of my questions and made the trip so easy for us. We will stay here again when we come back and I have already recommended the house to a friend.
