Cumbrian Lakes is a beautiful wooded conservation area with sparkling lakes that provide a natural habitat for Cranes, Ospreys & Blue Herons. The area has a children's playground and many walks & jogging trails. Our villa backs onto a wooded area and is therefore not overlooked, so you can relax by the pool in total privacy. The main theme parks and attractions such as Disney & Sea World are no more than 15 minutes drive, Universal Studios and the Florida Mall are about 30 minutes away. If your a fishing enthusiast you couldn't be in a better place West Lake Toho has some of the best bass fishing in Florida and is 10 mins away record catches are the norm here! If you fancy going a bit further afield, the Gulf Coast to the West, the Atlantic Coast to the East and Kennedy Space Center are all only about an hour's drive.

  • PAYMENT OPTIONS = Personal Check. Credit/ debit cards via paypal available 3.4% charge applies.
    Pool heat = £85.00 per week
    Deposit of £125.00 per week required to secure booking. Once the booking is confirmed (normally within 7 days), the deposit will be non-refundable.
    The outstanding balance will be payable 8 weeks prior to departure. At this time, an additional refundable security deposit of £200.00 will be payable to cover any breakages/damage. The security deposit will be refunded to the client no later than 30 days after vacating the property, subject to no breakages/damage.
    In the event of cancellation, the following charges will apply:
    6-8 weeks prior to departure - 50% of total rental charge.
    4-6 weeks prior to departure - 75% of total rental charge.
    Less than 4 weeks prior to departure - 100% of total rental charge.

When you book a villa holiday, unless you've been there before, you always worry that it won't match up to the photos,description etc... well not with this property.What a wonderful place to spend your holidays.... big social areas, large kitchen, excellent pool area and the bedrooms were fabulous. The villa is obviously very well looked after, clean and stocked with just about everything you would possibly need, just a home from home really.
Linda provided us with a quick and efficient service, and her directions from the airport were perfect.The games room was a welcome part of the villa, somewhere to spend time waiting for others to get ready!!!
On our 2nd last day my daughter, who celebrated her 4th birthday on holiday(Wal-mart recommended for cakes) asked if we could come back to 'our villa' , when we return to Orlando we hope to be coming back here, to our villa.

We booked the villa for a holiday with our family to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary. There were 8 of us and the villa catered for all our needs. The facilities inside and out were excellent. The pool area was paricularly good because it looked out onto a wooded area containing plenty of wildlife(we saw a Bambi and its mum !!) there was a great welcome pack with a bottle of champagne for us to celebrate with. All the attractions,shopping and entertainment were within easy reach. Lynda handled everything well from first contact until the day we left Florida. Would recommend this villa to anybody.

From the moment we sent our first inquiry, the owner - Lynda was wonderful! She answered all my questions quickly, with lots of details, and personally. When we arrived at the property, we thought the pictures on the website didn't do it justice. It was lovely! The house and grounds were clean, private and quiet. Outside, the BBQ, pool and spa were almost better than the theme parks! It was wonderful to come "home" after a busy day at the parks and have a nice BBQ and swim! The house was 15 minutes away from the theme parks as promised and within 5 minute drive to Wal-Mart and other stores. There were maps and comments from previous renters that helped a great deal. We recieved our damage deposit back within the month as she promised. We would definitely recommend this property!

Excellent villa. Was very suprised with all the amenities, right down to pizza cutters, blender and so many extras we have not experienced in other villas. Very spacious for 2 families. Games room was used on our chillin out days .
Very clean and well maintained on our arrival and the management team were very helpful when required.
Location is brilliant. Quiet spot when you need to relax and not too far from all the parks and shopping malls. Lots of restaurants nearby to choose from on the 192.
Would certainly use this villa again, couldn't recommend it enough to others, you would find it difficult to get a better villa!
