About our Development: Settlers Crossing is the new development in beautiful Sun Peaks. Our building has 16 units. These units are bright and warm and combine the cozy charm of mountain living with top-tiered comfort and luxury. Access to Resort Amenities You are a 10 min. walk from Casa Corea to the main village. The pool is even closer. The village offers dining, shopping, spa services,galleries and cafes. Casa Corea is a true ski in/ski out unit located in building 3 of the new Settlers Crossing. We are a short walk to Sun Peaks Village and even closer to the public pool, recreation centre, and spa. Sun Peaks resort is approximately a 4 to 4.5 hour drive from Vancouver B.C., 7.5 hour drive from Calgary A.B., and a 5.5 hour drive from Seattle WA. The newly renovated and growing Kamloops Airport caters to all three cities and shuttle service is available from the airport to the resort.
Ski: CasaCorea is a ski in/ski out in some of the best skiing in the world.
Golf: Sun Peaks has a brand new first class 18 hole golf coarse. Come play golf in the mountains and Casacorea is located right on the 16th hole.
