This 1st floor, nicely furnished condo has ceiling fans throughout and boasts a fabulous view of the early morning sunrise over the Flamingo Golf Course. It is conveniently located in the Lely resort which is situated between downtown Naples and Marco Island. It is a short 8 mile drive to the beaches. Twelve Oaks is a small gated community with a large 30'x60' swimming pool and one of only two communities at Lely with tennis courts. The lanai of this condo overlooks the second fairway of the Flamingo Golf Course, one of 2 Championship Golf Courses in Lely. No membership is required to play on either of these courses, and the Flamingo Clubhouse has a public restaurant located minutes away. There is tile floors throughout this unit except for the bedrooms which are carpeted.

There are 2 public golf courses at Lely, along with miles of lovely walking and biking. Beaches at both Naples and Marco Island are beautiful and are easily accessible from Lely. Shopping at either Marco Island or Naples is only minutes away, and the beautiful Everglades are a short drive. Naples also hosts a Philarmoic Orchestra, active Art Museum and Zoo. The town of Naples has some of the finest dining in Florida.
