The River House is located on Fowl River which empties into Mobile Bay. Great for fishing, boating, water sports, bird watching or just relaxing. Pet friendly with prior approval. Fenced back yard. Master bedroom with separate dressing room. Master bath with extra large shower. Boathouse with lifts for one boat and one personal water craft. Has recreation room above with exercise equipment, refrigerator, and microwave. Deck over water next to boat house. Temperate weather most of time.

The River House is located away from the resort scene but within east reach by car. Dauphin Island is 20 minutes away with sandy beaches, surf fishing, and charter deep sea fishing. It's approximately 1 hour away from the gambling casino's in Mississippi. Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are approximately 1 hour 15 minutes away. Downtown Mobile is 20-30 minutes away.

Bellingraph Gardens is located about 10 minutes away by car or boat. It has many attractions including the Bellingraph home and a riverboat ride. Christmas lights and Garden attractions all year long with different types of flowers depending upon the season. Dauphin Island is approximately 20 minutes away with historic Fort Gaines, the Sea Lab Estuarium, the Audubon Bird Sanctuary and other attractions. Mobile has numerous places to go and things to do. It is the mother of mardi gras with all the balls, parades and celebrations beginning the first of January and ending on Fat Tuesday - the day before lent.
