1/1, 2/1, and 3/2 Bedrooms/Baths units sleep 3-10

This luxury unit with free WiFi was just completed in October 2007. It can be configured as a 3BR/2BA (sleeps 9-10), or a 2BR/1BA (sleeps 6), and a 1BR hotel-room-like suite (sleeps 3-4) seperated by a lockout door, so please let us know your preference when you inquire. The prices and availability for these can be found on our web site or by contacting us directly. The main attractions of The Mountain View Condos of Pigeon Forge are the gorgeous mountain views, the modern and spacious accommodations, and the location just off the main Parkway in Pigeon Forge ... all at great prices! We are located on the main parkway in Pigeon Forge, within walking distance to many shows and restaurants, and only minutes from Dollywood, Gatlinburg, and all the fun that Pigeon Forge and The Smokys has to offer. You may also enjoy our free outdoor saltwater pool and kiddie pool, available for guest use.

Value and Convenience: We think you will find that our prices compare favorably to other fine residences in the area, yet we are so close to everything. You won't have to wind through the mountains to get home after a long day of fun.

Luxury living: As if that were not enough, wait until you see the beautiful condo! It is a ground floor unit ... so no dangerous railings, stairs to climb, elevators to wait for, or long hauls from the trunk of your car. It features upgraded kitchen appliances, fine cabinetry and even granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is a Jacuzzi tub in the master bath for those times when you need to relax after a long day of hiking or skiing in the mountains. There is ceramic tile in the showers, bathrooms and other common areas, with rich carpeting in the bedrooms. We even have a designer fireplace and two private patios for you to enjoy, so you can still have a romantic week in the mountains, even when you do bring the little ones.

The Pigeon Forge area is home to dozens of fun-filled attractions. The many local theaters have a wide variety of music and shows. There are also five major outlet malls with over one million square feet of shopping and over 500 restaurants from fast food to fine dining. If you would like to stroll gift shops and eateries, ice skate, ski, bungee jump, ride an alpine slide or aerial tramway, play putt-putt, get a thrill at Dollywood theme park or Splash Country water park, visit a black bear habitat, see the holiday light display, or even skydive indoors, phew - Gatlinburg is only seven miles away! Why stop there? The Smoky Mountains and Appalachian Trail make for a beautiful drive starting at the edge of Gatlinburg.

Great Vacation Spot

My family and I have been going to Tennessee for vacation for the past 6 years; this condo was the best spot by far. The location is perfect, the condo is beautiful and the view was awesome. We watched the fireworks in Pigeon forge from the balcony. And the kids loved the bunk beds.

We had the 3 bd/2bth. Great place to stay w/ 3 teenagers. Clean, comfortable, a lot of space for all to spread out. Great Location, close to the main drag! Washer and dryer in unit was great, very handy. Pool was nice (but small), and a little way to walk from the condo. We all had a great time! 4 tv's worked out great for the kids WiFi was a little hard to get at times, but who wants to work on vacation. We will stay here again, when we come back to the area!! Much better then a hotel room!! We all recommend, while in town, riding the ZORB, that was the highlight of the trip for the WHOLE family!! It's just right up the next street from the condo.

My family had a great time in the mountains. the condo was really nice. the condo was nicer than we really expected. the only negative thing i could say about the condo was the beds where alittle hard. i hope i will have a chance to return to the condo in the mountains soon.

Great new luxury condo. We were well pleased with how clean and organized it was. It is a very spacious condo. We also liked that it was on the first floor and had great mountain views. The pool was also very private with a view of the woods. Rick the manager was very helpful and always available either by phone or e-mail. The condo is fully equipped and all we brought were extra towels. The condo is centrally located and close to everything you could imagine! Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are amazing and you should certainly consider visiting if you have never been there. The only thing that we would recommend the owner is to hang a few more mirrors and one full length for the ladies. There are only the two mirrors in the bathrooms and it got a little crowded whenever we were getting ready to go out! We ate at Bubba Gumps in Gatlinburg and it was great! Also visit the Old Mill in Gatlinburg. Great food and Service in both!
