Located on the Main Umpqua River in one of the best fishing/hunting spots around and great wine tasting tours. This fully furnished home has everything including a huge deck for entertaining, barbeque or just watching the river go by. Includes dining room, equipped kitchen, master suite, family room, living room and more! A pet may be considered with an extra deposit. Perfect for family reunions, plenty of parking, and room for RV's. Such a convenient location to all sorts of activities. Fishing on site, a boat launch is 1/4 mile away or call a local guide for a drift boat adventure. A 45 minute drive to the famous Oregon Dunes, Reedsport is the closest town on the coast, but another hour and you are at famous Bandon or Gold Beach for a Jet boat ride up the Rogue river.

If you are a hunter we are located at the junction of the Siuslaw, Melrose and Tioga units for elk, deer, bear, cougar, or bird hunting. There is an abundance of wild turkeys here too. Any time of year the fish are biting, Salmon in the fall, Steelhead in the winter and spring, Salmon and Schad in the spring and Striped Bass all summer long!

Great location, spacious house and a fabulous view! After a weekend wedding in Roseburg we extended our stay at this house. Only an hour and half from the coast and near lots of wineries. Thank you for everything!!

Great place on the river with wonderful views. This newer house is perfect. Everything you need is here. Quite peaceful setting with all the amenities. Very well maintained. Our group of 8 loved it and there was still room for more. Plenty of parking and a well stock home. All we brought was the food. Will be back again and again. Great place to relax or go fishing. Plenty of room.

Marc & Diana could not have made this home more accommodating or comfortable. Our girl getaway was just what we needed & everyone was a little sad when it came time to leave. The house is wonderful & the outside space is enormous! Enjoy!

This house was our home base for a weeks worth of field work up and down the Umpqua River, and was a great location right along the riverside. The porch was great, the house was comfortable and clean, and the selection of grilling tools was unmatched. It was easy to feel at home here.
