The condo is located at a 8 min walking distance from the beaches of South Beach and 1 min from the Famous Flamingo park with its tennis and fitness center. It is surrounded by restaurants coffee shops and grocery stores.

Casa Gaby is a historic building made up of 5 apartments.

Casa Gaby E is a 550 SQF one bedroom one bathroom condo that will sleep up to four guests.

The living room in Unit C is spacious and has modern, trendy furnishings that include 1 sofa bed and a flat screen TV. There is a separate dining room with a table and four chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedrooms is equipped with a queen size bed.

This property is a legal short rental with all city and state licenses and is managed professionally.

Our extensive property management team will assist you 24/7 in case of needs. The building has 24 hour video surveillance for your protection. This unit comes with 2 assigned parking spots (tandem parking),

We may provide also resident parking permits for our guests.
