The apartment is located on Pennsylvania Avenue at the corner of Espanola way in the heart of South Beach. Espanola way is an adorable street with plenty of nice restaurants. This unit is located at a 3 min walking distance from Lincoln road and 5 min from the beach.

About the apartment:

Hispaniola House is an art deco building with 6 apartment only. Hispaniola 3 is a 600 square foot, one bedroom, one bath unit. Unit 3 is located on the ground floor and will accommodate up to four people.

The living room is furnished with a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed.

This property is a legal short rental with all city and state licenses and is is managed professionally .Local phone calls are free.*Wifi available for $ 15 a day, fee will be waived if guests fill up a survey.*.

Our extensive property management team will assist you 24/7 in case of needs. The building has 24 hour video surveillance for your protection. We may provide also resident parking permits for our guests.

Premium week rates: $1,350
