While all beaches on Marco Island are public there are only two locations to access the beach. Marco Island was beautiful!! The ocean waters are a beautiful blue/green with white sugar sand beaches. The beach wasn't very crowded so very pleasant for my family. We saw dolphins, a manatee, sting rays, a small saw nose shark, and all the shells you can carry. The house was great. Plenty of room for our four families. Could use some updates. The pool was great! We spent a lot of time in the pool or pool side. The only problems we encountered where there was no directions to get to the beach. You can walk it but it is a decent walk if carry any kind of beach equipment (chairs, coolers, sand toys, etc). We ended up parking in the public parking access and paying the $8 daily fee. The water heater is operated on some kind of timer so we didn't have hot water right away. We would recommend this property for families.

Our overall stay was great. We had a party of 8 with so much room. Everybody had alot of privacy. Great for kids,tv,pool .easy access to the beach. I recommend a beach caddy to bring everything to the beach.we stayed at the residence for two weeks.we would definitly stay at the residence again. None of our 4 children wanted to return home to pa.

The area was nice.We had alot of rain during our stay.The house was nice but really only had 4 bedrooms,one bed was in livingroom area,not much privacy in there.It was not that easy to get to & from the beach- limited access. There are alot of hotels in the area who have all the beach access.We also had problems with the locks on the doors. Also,check out was at 10:00 but the cleaning crew was there at 9:30.,I felt very rushed to get out, I didn't like that. But over all the house was nice and the pool was nice.
