Hurry if you want to experience this Hawaiian-like backyard paradise!! Only a few days left in July and 2 weeks in August. Check availability calender.
As you approach this unique 4 BR 3BA 2500 sq ft 2 story home at the end of a cul-de-sac you'll feel like you're coming home. It sits on just under a third of an acre in a tropical paradise setting. Our home is located just minutes from McCarren Airport and the world famous Las Vegas Strip. We are walking distance from shopping and gourmet dining with 3 award winning local casinos a short drive away.
As you open the gate to the private courtyard you'll be greeted by the sound of a whimsical fountain as you enter the doors of this tropical paradise home. As you enter this warm and inviting home you'll find 4 nicely decorated and comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom includes king-size bed, walk-in closet, whirlpool tub, and separate shower.

Reservation: A Refundable Security Deposit of $400.00 is required at booking for Daily rentals and $700.00 for Weekly rentals with full payment due 60 days prior to arrival or immediately if less than 60 days prior to arrival.
Cleaning Fee of $200.00 will be charged. No Rental Tax at this time will be charged.
Rentals run from 4PM, Check-in Time to 12PM, Check-out Time.
All Rental fees and Security Deposits must be by Visa, MasterCard, Cashiers Check or Money Order. Rental Contracts are required and will be emailed to tenant upon receipt of Deposit. Rates are in US Dollars. The Security Deposit will be refunded within 7 Business days after departure (less any on Demand Cable charges incurred, if any or any damages).
