Second master bedroom on second floor with outside balcony has a queen-size bed and extra privacy. A relaxing moment on the balcony will be accompanied by a breathtaking view of city lights at night. Nice rear patio full of potted flowers and gas grill for outdoor cookouts or early morning coffee and beauty. Two car garage for parking. This small community nestled in the heart of the Tucson foothills, offers two shared pools, tennis courts, and close proximity to exclusive shopping areas, art galleries, hiking and fine dining. A perfect spot for two couples choosing to share a Tucson experience or a family wishing to take advantage of the privacy offered by two master suites separated by a two story floor plan.
