Tucson Vacation Rental Beautifully remodeled 2000 square foot town home. Brand new luxury furnishings and art work through out my 'personal home'. Master bedroom suite downstairs has a king-size bed. Second master bedroom on second floor with outside balcony has a queen-size bed and extra privacy. A relaxing moment on the balcony will be accompanied by a breathtaking view of city lights at night. Nice rear patio full of potted flowers and gas grill for outdoor cookouts or early morning coffee and beauty. Two car garage for parking. This small community nestled in the heart of the Tucson foothills, offers two shared pools, tennis courts, and close proximity to exclusive shopping areas, art galleries, hiking and fine dining. A perfect spot for two couples choosing to share a Tucson experience or a family wishing to take advantage of the privacy offered by two master suites separated by a two story floor plan.

  • I would like rentals start and stop on Saturdays if possible.
  • Please Note: Minimum stay 1 week (October thru December) (May - September)
    I would like a Minimum stay two weeks (January thru April)
    Year round fully furnished rental, $1900 per month, plus utilities.
  • Rent the furnished town home for 'six months' -May thru October- for $1600.00 per month, plus utilities or $2000.00 for one month. Year round rental available for $1900.00 per month, plus utilities, very nicely, fully furnished home. All rentals will be honored by new owner.
