Very deceiving listing do not recommend if looking for a nice place
The listing description and pics are very deceiving. We rented two units, across from the other One unit sleeps 5, the other could be six, if one sleeps in an uncomfortable couch, perhaps a child. The so called "beautiful living room furniture" is ok, with the 32" plasma TV. They claim the "kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need during your staying", they don't tell you that the toaster wasn't working, the dishwasher front cover kept falling off, there isn't but a couple pots and one cheap skillet, all the plates are different and not sufficient, the same as the glasses and silverware, probably all picked up from the Goodwill. No wine glasses in either unit. The master bedroom does have a queen-size bed, contemporary night tables, a dresser and a table tv, NOT "wall mounted, 32' plasma TV" as they claim, but a table unit. From this bedroom you can access the private balcony right next to the pool with people swimming at all hours and waking everyone up. They describe "The junior bedroom as a small bedroom located next to the kitchen" but NOT THAT YOU HAVE TO PRACTICALLY CLIMB ON THE BED TO GET TO THE KITCHEN, there is no other access to the kitchen area except through the so called "junior" bedroom, the bed practically covers the entire room. "The European style bathroom has designer fixtures that include a glass enclosed shower" water leaked from under the glass when you showered. There was no soap in the bathroom and a couple of little tubes of shampoo and rinse, so make sure you bring all your toiletries. We have stayed at many rental places through VRBO, and this is the first time we've encountered such a poor unit. Many of the tenants came came in drunk at 4 and 5 AM making a lot of noise. It is true that we went ahead and stayed in the units without complaining until the last day when we called to let them know our disappointment, we left it a day early. Truthfully, my family had been traveling with small children from different areas of the US, everyone had come to Miami to my daughter's wedding in SOBE and we really had no time for swapping units at the last minute, that is the main reason we rented it two months before. The management should know that this is not an up to PAR place before renting it. I had passed in front of the bldg. 6 blocks from beach, and it looked fine, but were rented and could not see inside.
