Our newest cottage, the Seashell, is located directly ON the ocean. The Cocobay Cottages offer 6 cottages on 6 acres of land located at the narrowest point of Green Turtle Cay in the secluded and desirable Coco Bay area. The property is dotted with tropical and fruits trees, which makes each cottage very private and offers beautiful views of the ocean and the garden. A dock is at your disposal for rental boats up to 30 feet. There are 5 uninhabited islands within 20 minutes of the dock. You can also choose to rent a golf cart during your stay to explore the island and use as transportation. The cottage has large wrap-around porches with 180 degrees spectacular views of the ocean! The interior is decorated with rattan furniture, it offers TV/DVD, iPod station, A/C, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, it was completed in 2009. Each bedroom has an oceanview! We have 70% repeat clientele. Come and relax in our oceanfront hammock for a change of pace!

  • The large master bedroom has a magnificent view of the ocean and the Bay. It has its own private bathroom with a deluxe shower, a washer/dryer. The 2 front bedrooms are similar, with a king in one and 2 twins in the other...looking directly ON the ocean! A full bathroom and a half bath are shared by the 3 bedrooms. Lastly, the smaller bedroom is tucked away and offers a queen bed. All linens are included and each bedroom is tastefully decorated with rattan furniture , full closets, dressers and casual chair.

Notes:
The guests are met at the ferry and shown to their cottage . A golf cart is highly recommended during your stay or at least a boat rental. WE are located 3 miles from the village of New Plymouth and less than a mile to the Green Turtle Club and Brendal's dive shop. Cruising around the island on a golf cart and stopping at secluded beaches is a joy! There is a Vonage phone available for local / international calls for 1.00 a call....a great saving from International cell phone calling, Free WiFi Internet connection available from each cottage. Questions, problems are answered by the resident owner or manager. The property has over 75% repeat clientele.

We have been staying in the Conch cottage for 5 years. This year we switched to the bigger Seashell [ newly completed ]. Our friends stayed next door in the Conch Cottage .
Our favorite moments :our son's birthday,fishing with Edison,going to Guana Cay ,making a bonfire on the beach and roasting marshmallows..snorkeling ,long walk on the beach ,played in the sand,walked around the end of the island...

Our 17th stay!

Every moment here is a favorite.Now its not only the 2 of us who comes BUT many of our family members. [ 15 of us came this time ,some for the first time]. They all enjoy what you both have built .Our grand-daughter will always remember the 'Treasure Hunt". Met so many friendly people on the island.They made us feel like family!
Getting up early ,every morning and going to the porch to watch the sun rise...having a quiet time,and reading or..just meditating while enjoying the awesome view!

Ocean,boat dock,4 bedrooms ,well stocked kitchen.large dining-room table,grill, wi-fi.washer & dryer...Thanks for your help in organing our stay and answering ALL our questions.It was fun! What a great place.
National Geographic moment ! [ saw a dead WHALE with sharks feeding on it!] favorite moments: Reef, reading in the shade of the Australian pines. Awesone sunrise pictures..eating FRESH fish!

We have been to Cocobay 4 times since 2003 .its comfortable with fabulous views,great waterand fun owners.
The houses are great ,spacious with great decor.
We have taken friends with us who insisted we go every other year .The fishing and snorkeling are wonderful!
