Modern 2000 sqft home located on the 16th hole of Grayhawk's Talon golf course. It has a wonderful community pool with fitness center a 2 minute walk from the house. It has a large master bedroom with en suite and walk-in closet. There is a beautiful 800 sqft west facing patio that has lovely views of the Arizona sun setting over the golf course. The home is a 5 minute walk from the Market Street shopping complex in DC Ranch that is home to a great array of shops and restaurants. The house is only 4 years old and has 13 foot ceilings and is tastefully decorated with all new furniture.

Paradise valley Mall is 15 min and Outlet shopping is only 25 min away at the Arizona Factory Outlets at Anthem. Located 150 yards from Pima it is very convenient access to the 101. Westworld is 2.5 miles away

I have just stayed for 2 months on this condo. The location was great for us as we where playing golf all the time,and there are many courses very close by. The condo is extremely spacious, clean and well appointed.Main bedroom has duel wash basins and a huge walk in robe.
It is across road from DC ranch. The complex pool and gym where more than adequate as we spent a lot of time in the pool during this summer.The owners where all more than helpful when we had any concerns and made our stay pleasant. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The complex is safe and secure and I would recommend anyone to stay here.
