Welcome to our Our Crystal Beach House!! Loaded with extras and catching all the sea breezes, we're a short walk from the beautiful sugar white beaches! This family-friendly home is in the beautiful area of Destin called Clipper Cove, complete with white picket fences, pastel colored homes, and lush landscapes, all just one short block to the most beautiful beaches of Florida! The location is outstanding--within walking distance to restaurants and shopping and a short drive to everything!

Additional information about rental rates

  • $300 Damage Deposit Required
  • The security/reservation deposit of $300 is required and due upon booking a reservation. Rates do not include a 10% sales tax. No refunds for early departures or late cancellations. Reservation/security deposit will be refunded by check within 14 days of departure providing there is no damage or theft and all policies and conditions are followed. Payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
  • All reservations must be made by an adult over the age of 25 with a valid credit card and this adult must be staying in the property. A minimum of one person over the age of 25 for every two people staying in the property is required. No chaperoned parties or vacationing students are permitted and will be subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of both security deposit and rental fees. Reservations made under a false pretense will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of rental fees.

Nestled in a beautiful setting is our community pool, just across the street! 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, Master bedroom has a standard bed, 2nd bedroom has a standard bed, a futon & standard pull-out mattress, third bedroom has 1 twin, and living room has a couch and a love seat. AC, fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, 2 TVs, 2 DVD players.

This is such a lovely home. It is very clean, quiet and relaxing. I enjoyed the nice front porch and the comforts of home. I felt that my kids were safe to ride their bikes and we had a wonderful vacation.
