we stayed at this condo for a month, having our kids come to visit and stay with us.Our son and his spouse loved the site and the gym which is the best and most equiped that we have ever seen. Then our daughter ,her husband and our grand-children ( 5 and 3) loved the pools and the beach.ALL OF US just adored the place and we all want to renew this extraordinary experience...so Tiffany and Harold should hear from us soon.....

Amazing Condo

My family and I stayed in this condo over the last 2 weeks of May and were simply blown away with the apartment and the building. After doing much research on vacation rentals in Hollywood/Hallandale and the Sunny Isles areas, we decided on this condo based on the location and the pictures of the apartment and pool. Thinking pictures are always better than the real thing, we were amazed that the real thing was MUCH better than the pictures. The apartment is really top of the line, with luxury finishes and the best views in Florida with a wrap around balcony that is a joy to sit out on. The building has access to 2 of the biggest pools that you've ever seen, 1 lap pool and about half a dozen hot tubs by the pools. The beach is fantastic with easy access to chairs and umbrellas. There is a quaint beach bar/restaurant north of the building which is convenient, a 7-eleven across the street and a wal-mart and a shopping center with supermarkets a short walk away. Overall it is an ideal location getaway and an incredible apartment.

We just spent two weeks in this apartment and it was a wonderful experience. Tifeany did a great job by looking after us, and the apartment itself is great. Wonderful rooms, great views, all new appliances and a safe environment for our toddler, too. The third room is tiny, has a beautiful bathroom to go with it, but no windows. It didn't bother us, but is good to know if you are traveling with three parties.

One thing that we didn't know is that we definitely needed a car to get around to restaurants and shopping. There is a little bar offering snacks by the pools but it's only open at weekends. The pools are heated and the beach is tended by men helping out with beds and umbrellas. Just great!

Overall, a dream place for vacations.

Fab. Appartement

We stayed 10 days in the appartement and had a wonderful time. (could have been cleaner) The view is amazing, the rooms are big and there are tv's in every single room. kitchen is big and nice, the equipement in the kitchen is old and not of good quality but you can survive. Beds are very confortable and big. The gym is amazing ! Many pools are down there, u have to move a bit arround because a lot of shadows :) The sea is pretty wild but very nice! There are free chairs available etc.
Overall we had a fantastic time in the condo! The only negative aspect was, that we got charged an extra for 6 hourscleaing the appartement even not agreed so, and that we had to wait almost 6 weeks till the depost was transfered to us, just gave our experience not a got end.
Owner's Response: We hire a management company to run all the daily operation for our unit. They told us that they only charge what the cleaning bill was from the cleaning company which did all the units in the building according to the condition of the unit. We had refunded the deposit to the management company in two weeks after checking the cable and telephone bills. They told us that fund was wired several time according to the client's instruction but returned due to incorrect information. Finally the management company had to trace the original incoming wire with their bank in order to connect to the client "s Swiss account and this was the first time this ever happened to them.

Beautiful Condo/Views

Overall this was nicest place we've ever stayed, especially for the money. The condo by itself was very nice with everything you need and more-upgraded appliances, flatscreens and a great master bedroom/bath but what really set it apart was the awesome views, it's a corner condo with all glass walls & wrap around deck so almost no matter where you were you could see the ocean and it was plenty big for 6 adults. The condo is in the Ocean Club Towers & everything about the Ocean Club was first class, from the spa/fitness facility, the pool area and the staff. The location was very good and convenient to anywhere or anything you would need. Security was very tight which was comforting but at times could be an inconvenience if you have a large party since you get 2 keys & a key is needed to enter the building & ride the elevators but not a big deal. My family including my 3 year old had a great time and pretty much stayed at the condo or the Ocean Club resort area our entire week stay since it was so nice and if circumstances allowed would definately stay there again and recommend to friends/family if in the Ft Lauderdale/Miami area, they're already jealous from the pictures we took of the condo & views.
