The condo has full accommodations for four. The unit is fully furnished including linens and towels. There is a living room/dining room with mirrored walls opening onto a patio overlooking the 7th tee, a lake, and the mountains in the distance. This is a two bedroom (1 king, 2 twin), 2 bath unit. The kitchen overlooks the living room/dining room and is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, and cookware). You can also cook on the barbeque on your patio. The condo has a washer/dryer, local phone, and 3 TVs. The condo was completely remodeled in 2008 with new flooring throughout, remodeled bathrooms, and remodeled kitchen. This vacation condo has golf, tennis and club privileges at Palm Desert Resort and Country Club. There is a pool and spa just across the street. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The unit is not handicapped accessible.

The condominium is located within the gated/guarded community of Palm Desert Resort and Country Club. The Resort and Country Club is located in the community of Palm Desert with shopping centers nearby. This unit is located on the 7th Tee of an 18-hole, par 72 regulation golf course with lush double-wide fairways. The Resort has 20 pools that are heated during the winter season and each has a companion hot spa. Thirteen tennis courts are available daily and are lighted for evening play. The spacious 42,000 sq ft, full service clubhouse features a very comfortable lounge with full bar and a dining room overlooking a huge lake.
