The Manor, Fun for all ages. 9 Miles from downtown Nashville Our 50' swimming pool , A hot tub is sunken into the screened porch area, secluded for your pleasure. The home sits just 9 miles from downtown, two miles from a major mall, hidden in the woods of Goodlettsville. The Manor has high speed internet, Cable TV a 62' TV with a floor to ceiling rock wood burning fireplace. The Great room is over 50' with plush leather furniture you will just melt into. Within the 5 beds you have a one bed fully separate cottage. You'll leave feeling 20 years younger. Treat yourself.

Some of the features that you will enjoy at The Manor is your very own Private Inground Pool, 50'x 25' Diving Board and slide, great for those long, hot Tennessee days and warm summer nights. Pool is open depending on weather.

A Disaster !!! Run, run FAR away !

Regarding the recent rental property called "The Manor" from Nashville Vacation Rentals, my family and I were put to considerable inconvenience, and unexpected expense. Nashville Vacation Rentals misrepresented "the manor" in such a way that caused us this inconvenience and expense. My family and I (a party of 15 men, women and children) pre-paid the rental needed for a week at ‘The Manor’. We arrived to find that the property was completely uninhabitable. The pool was overgrown with green algae, the decking was dangerously rotted, the interior rooms filthy, the décor obviously well worn and not at all as represented in internet photos.
We took flight to Nashville, to find SOMEWHERE to live for the next week.
The website pictures and descriptions were deliberately misleading. We would never had planned to stay there had we known of the real conditions. We had plans to cook at "the manor" most nights, and were not able to find accommodations that would allow us to do so. Instead, we had to spend considerable funds to feed the family. This is because we were left "on the side of the road", because of Nashville Vacation Rentals misrepresentation.

We rented this place for a July family reunion. It was such a dump we could not even stay there. The pool was not swimable, was dark green. The carpet was filthy and we would not have slept in the beds. The deck outside was broken and rotten. It was a big disappointment. Ended up finding hotels for 15 people and had to eat out the whole week.
