Nearest Airport: TAMPA at 40 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 3.0 Miles
Car: necessary
Situated within three miles of the beach at Hudson, where you will find the famous Sams beach bar jet ski hire and fishing. Clearwater is just 45minutes away and also Busch gardens. Orlando disney world is just 90 minutes drive on route 75 and interstate 4. Weeki- Wachi and Homassasa Springs are a short drive away. Shopping at Gulf View Mall or at the new International Plaza mall in Tampa is brilliant. Go see the Tampa Bay Bucs at Raymond James stadium, or stroll the upmarket sidewalks of Hyde Park in Tampa, just 35 minutes drive on the Sun Coast Parkway. Watch the sunset at Sams beach bar with a glass of wine or drive to Clearwater and have lunch at the famous Frenchs restaurant. After stroll Clearwater beach or take a boat ride and watch the dolphins play. Play golf on the Links golf course behind the house or at many more courses in the area. Drive to Tarpon Springs and have lunch or dinner at one of the many restaurants there. simply the best location there is away from Disney.l

Great accommodation and family holiday

The villa is fabulous, a real home from home, with everything you could possibly require and more. It is very spacious and comfortable with a very grand master bedroom and luxury ensuite, along with 3 other double bedrooms which are very nicely furnished. The pool is great and we decided to pay extra for pool heating, which was well worth it. The property has recently been updated and the upgrades are very impressive. Mike and Veronica, the owners of the villa, also rang us whist we were away to make sure everything was fine for us, which was a lovely gesture.

We were well looked after by our letting agent, Stuart, who gave us advice on the best places to visit in the area and good restaurants to try. Busch Gardens and Honeymoon Island/Caledesi Island are only a 30-40 minute drive away and well worth a visit. Tarpon Springs is a lovely place to visit as well and ladies, if you like to shop, Citrus Park Mall is a must.

All in all, the villa is a great base for a nice relaxing summer holiday in the Tampa area and still within easy reach of all the Disney and Seaworld attractions. We hope to visit again in the future as we all had such a nice holiday here.

Die Villa lag für uns perfekt mit ihrer Nähe zu den herrlichen Sandstränden und den Freizeitparks bei Orlando.
Die Ausstattung war exakt wie angegeben und das Haus noch schöner als es schon auf den im Vorfeld zahlreich zur Verfügung gestellten Bildern wirkte.
Für unsere Verhältnisse empfanden wir die Villa als riesig (4 Schlafzimmer) und beinahe luxuriös. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt und erst kürzlich renoviert (Böden und Möbel) somit wirklich piccobello.
Der Höhepunkt und dann auch Mittelpunkt war natürlich der schöne Pool und die gemütliche Terrasse von der aus man Eichhörnchen und Vögel beobachten konnte.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und Verwalter vor Ort waren unkompliziert, freundlich, hilfsbereit und prompt.
Wenn wir wieder für Florida planen ist das Haus erste Wahl.
