Newly refurbished, all new furniture, decoration, and linens. This cozy condo has a great feeling to it. Both bedrooms are spacious and offer queen size beds. The living room has a comfortable full sized sleeper sofa and a twin sleeper chair, as well as a comfortable recliner. The condo has a wood burning stove, kindling and wood provided. Cozy and full of light, this condo will be sure to be a comfortable and pleasing place to stay. There is a free shuttle bus that runs right outside the unit to the mountain. Very convenient to shopping, dining, skiing, and bike path. C'mon and ski, or just come for the sheer beauty of this place. The town of Steamboat is extremely welcoming and a great place to visit. Prices have just been lowered!! Hurry!! See below for rates.

This condo is in Walton Creek Condos, less than 5 minutes from the ski area. Steamboat Springs offers 'Champagne Powder' world-class skiing and snowboarding. Great town, friendly, laid-back attitude. The town has an authentic, western atmosphere, great shopping, excellent restaurants, all about 5 minutes driving time from the condo. Free shuttle bus takes you anywhere in town (stops right outside the condo unit). Tennis court, swimming pool, hot tub on property.

An excellent alternative to a hotel

We found the place to be very clean and cozy. It contained all the amenities we needed for our three day stay. It was particularly nice having the hot tub a few steps outside our door. The shuttle to the mountain is a short walk up the street. We never waited more than a few minutes for it, though that may have been lucky timing on our parking. Parking was ample. The price was great. The hostess was very accomodating. All and all an excellent alternative to a generic hotel.

A Nice Family Weekend Getaway

This is a cozy condo great for families! It was clean and near all of the fun. All the linens and towels are included, with minimal clean up required before you leave. We would rent here again and recommend this place to others!

We stayed here 5 nights during the holidays.
Although it is an older complex you would never
know it from the inside. The bathrooms have been
completely updated and are clean and fresh. All the
linens, towels and blankets are high quality and
new. We enjoyed our stay. Our kids especially
loved the wood stove.
