We are pleased to offer for your enjoyment a small portion of Paradise on the Big Island of Hawaii. This two level, 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath luxury villa is in a secluded and spacious, townhouse community, in the northern, unhurried portion of Waikoloa Beach Resort.
You will be greeted upon arrival at your island home by one of the local property management team. They will welcome you and show you the location of your custom-designed “House Book”, outlining some of the great features of your home, your new community, the Resort, and the Island. Their concierge is always available for any advice on activities, restaurants, shopping, beaches, and more. And they will gladly assist you in booking activities, dinner reservations, golf tee times…whatever you desire!

This home is impeccably maintained and decorated in the “Island Style” with artwork of local artisans prominently displayed. The first level living room features a Bose surround audio system, TV and DVD/VCR. There is interactive digital cable television service with premium channel selections, and several children’s DVDs and island flavor CDs for your family’s enjoyment. High-speed wireless Internet and local telephone service are also provided for your convenience. The large dining room easily accommodates 8 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. The spacious modern kitchen features granite counters, tile floors, modern all-electric appliances, and is fully equipped for the gourmet chef.
From the lanai of your Hawaiian “hale” (home), you will enjoy morning sunrises while overlooking the 15th green of Waikoloa’s Beach Golf Course, with the beautiful Hualalai volcano in the background. In the evenings, stroll the expanse of lush lawn adjacent to your lanai and enjoy the colorful Hawaiian sunsets while sipping your favorite island drink. The master suite is located on the second level of your home and provides you with additional views of the open surrounding landscape. The master has a king bed, large walk-in closet, and the spacious bathroom is complete with marble counters, double sinks, and separate soaking tub and shower. An entertainment center and small lanai complete the master suite. Also located on the second floor are two additional bedrooms with queen beds, a second bathroom, and full-sized washer and dryer. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout your home help create a comfortable living environment.
In the garage you will find recreational equipment including beach chairs and mats, umbrella, snorkel equipment, coolers, and boogey boards for your enjoyment when you visit the Island’s spectacular nearby beaches. There are tennis racquets for use at the in-complex tennis court. Just a few steps from your front door are a large resort style pool and spa. Barbeque grills and a fitness center are also located in this main pool complex. A second pool is located on the property as well.
While you are here, you can enjoy playing golf at Waikoloa Beach Resort’s two championship golf courses. The Beach course and the Kings’ Course are both scenic layouts that can be challenging and yet pleasurable to play. The Kings’ Course driving range, clubhouse, and grill are within easy walking distance from your home. There are several other world class golf venues within easy driving distance, including at the Mauna Lani and Mauna Kea Resorts which are just north of Waikoloa.
Within the Waikoloa Beach Resort are two of the best shopping malls on the Kohala Coast. The Kings’ Shops and the Queens’ Market Place each offer unique shopping, dining, and free entertainment experiences that are sure to please. The large “Island Gourmet” market located at the Queen’s Market Place is a wonderful and welcomed recent addition to the Resort. The Hilton and Marriott Hotels at the Resort each offer great dining and shopping experiences as well.
