Why stay at a crowded hotel? We invite you to spend your vacation in Florida at our brand new condo. It is located in the beautiful gated community of Club Cortile just minutes from Disney. This condo is on the first floor and is within walking distance to the clubhouse, swimming pool. After walking at the parks all day doesn't the swimming pool sound like a good way to cool down, or you could watch a movie at the clubhouse theater. The clubhouse also features a fitness room and an internet room. An Outside playground for the kids. This condo has 3 bedrooms, the Master bedroom features a King size bed with satellite TV. One bedroom has a queen bed, and one bedroom has 2 twin beds. A complete kitchen makes it possible to save money by not having to eat out. However if you do prefer there are plenty of restaurants near by. A dining room makes for great family meals. In the living room relax watching the satellite tv. 2. Enjoy your stay.

There is also an en-suite bathroom with tub & shower . The second bedroom has a queen size bed with matching furniture whilst the third bedroom has twin beds. Each room has closets with mirrored doors for storage and utilize the second bathroom which has tub with shower over. There is a Sofa Bed in the Lounge which sleeps an additional 2 Adults or 2 Children. All Linen and Towels are provided.

Notes: The open plan design creates a spacious tastefully furnished living area in which to read, watch TV or a DVD or simply relax and leads out through patio doors onto a screened porch with table and chairs. Adjacent to the living area is a separate dining area for family meals. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances including cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. All crockery, cutlery, glassware and pots and pans are provided. There is also a large closet for storage behind which is a utility area with washer and dryer. The luxurious heated resort pool with it’s generous sun deck and seats/sun beds is situated at the rear of the clubhouse with the children’s play area on one side and tennis and basketball courts on the other. Inside the clubhouse is the fitness room (available 24x7), wi-fi room and mini theater which shows a range of films for children.

I should start by saying that working with Sharon is so easy, even a caveman can do it.

The property has been well maintained, is very clean, very close to the parks, be it Disney or Seaworld or Universal. This enabled us to stay late and have a short and easy drive back home after a hectic day in the parks. Trust me, if you are looking to see all the parks in one week, you better stay close and even better stay here.

When you go on a vacation, the last thing you need is problems. I did not have any of it on this trip. From the moment I called to reserve the place till I left every thing flowed really smoothly. The rental rates were very nominal compared to the rates in the area as well. I will sure recommend this property to my friends and if I am going back to Orlando, I know whom to call, SHARON.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, People with Disabilities

Great time in Florida

Stayed at this Condo in April 2011. Everything very clean and efficient. Would recommend this to anyone. Much better than a motel.

A Winter Experience

We stayed in the Florenza condo from mid Jan thru mid March 2010. Setting up our rental with Sharon was very quick and easy. We found the condo in very good shape. Of special note, and an important feature for us, was how VERY clean it was. The condo is centrally located: close to Disney, Universal, Sea World and all the outlet shopping you can handle. We were daily users of the exercise facitities at the club house and found it met our needs. Great access to upscale restaurant chains to include Smokey Bones, Carrabbas, Macaroni Grill, Panera's and Starbucks. Recommend you talk with Sharon if you are considering a visit to the Orland area.

Great place~~~

I don't have too much to say. We love the place. It is nice and clean. We got almost everything we needed, which made us feel like we were at home. You won't regret if you make the same decision as I did!
